Premises were very clean, parking easy and access to a highway and freeway very handy, staff courteous and helpful.

Stove didn't work... staff was amazing... and key cards didn't work for half our stay.... the front desk lady had to let everyone in their rooms. Obviously some maintenance needs to be taken care of. Oh and the elevator was broken but that's because of the fire that happened a little while ago

Floors was very dirty and hallways had horrible smell
-
Seemed to be more for long stays. No breakfast. There were many electric car rechargers parking spaces. Parking lot was well lit.
-
Feels like a very cheap built and furnished apartment complex. Smells throughout the building and the room had a terrible smell in it as well. No coffee maker in the room.
-
Excellent! Staff is fast and efficient, easy to extend my stay and not one complaint. Just wish there was free breakfast!

bare bones but clean and cheap

Housekeeping staff is very nice. Mattresses are comfy. Security door at lobby to ensure authorized entry after check in. This hotel is BRAND NEW. SO new I feel like we were the first people to use our room. There are things that could use improvements. Room floors are not carpeted; they are laminate which I can understand, for the cleaning aspect, but not for warmth and noise. The beds are on a cot like frame and move easily on the laminate flooring. Just sitting on the bed, leaning up against the wall, the bed moves away from the wall. Walls are thin; can hear people, and tv, in next rooms and people in the hall. No ice machine in the building at all. Wi-Fi requires last name, Room# and your email in order to connect. Kind of a hassle. Policy states two devices are allowed for free Wi-Fi, but we were only able to connect one. Our stay was on Aug 18 and the elevator was not working.

There was a 10x10 hole in our ceiling above our shower. That was very awkward while showering.

I was quite pleased with my stay. The room was large and had a kitchenette, which I later appreciated because I had leftover food to store and then heat up. Eveything was quite clean, including the blinds -- yes, I did check that because I was curious. The hotel is very easy to get into and out of, and it's located a short driving distance away from several places to eat. It's super convenient for concerts at the White River Ampitheater -- that's why I was there. I was on the first floor by the secured entry -- it's locked 24 hours a day -- and there was parking very near to the door, even at 11:30pm when I finally returned to my room. Overall, this was a VERY good option, and I would stay there again. The price is great, it's super clean and modern, and the staff is very helpful.

Yes, the furniture was cheap and noise level is high.
-
The property was very clean and nice but at night the rooms still get a lot of light from the outside, so it’s difficult to fall asleep. They need better curtains.
-
It was not great experience hotel cancelled booking the rooms we’re overbooked and I booked 5 days prior. The staff couldn’t help. Also, you can hear noise in the hallways. Very loud.
-
Very clean Bed moves too much other than that is great
-
Clean room, staff is great and AC works well. I like the full size fridge and range top burners in the room. The beds are comfy as well.

Nice and clean
-
It's ALL hard wood floors and I was traveling with kids so it was harder to keep the noise from traveling down the hall way. Mind you I never had a complaint however I am strict and try my hardest to keep my kids quiet. I think we did a fantastic job simply because my husband and I have 7 kids and no one even knew there were that many of us in one room!
-
They didn’t have any utensils, you have to bring them yourself.
-
Leaving it There was a fire alarm and absolutely no communication to the people staying here.
-
5 minute drive to jobsite, easy to find anything nearby. Can't complain, staff was helpful and able to help accommodate a comfortable stay.
