La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Auburn

The hotel was lovely. Super close to White River amphitheater. Only complaint was the room. Had a bit of a moldy smell but not enough for me to complain.

When I arrived to the hotel everything was good. Then my door key wouldn’t unlock my door. So I had to go back down the elevator to the front desk and try again to get a card that would work. Then the water was shut off for hours. Then the toilet got clogged and couldn’t flush. So I had to call the front desk to ask for a plunger. Everything else wasn’t to bad. There was a lot of road noise. Big trucks and trains and vehicles on the highways near bye. The bed was great the fan in the bathroom didn’t work at all. So it fogged up like crazy from the stream !

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Greatly enjoyed myself stay here.

Bed and bathroom were clean, walls had snot or something smeared on them in several areas and the AC unit smelt very moldy/musty. Room smelt a little like urine. Staff were great and checking in and out was a breeze. Overall it did the trick but not amazed.

Exceptional

Mistake booking a room over there! Wes stayed for 3 nights and I think it’s goin to be our first and last experience with them. Obviously it’s next to the freeway you will hear cars passing 24/7! It’s my fault not knowing that! The air conditioning in our room fan mode not working! The worst part no cleaning person if you asked for them.

We were welcomed and checked in by a very nice staff member. The room was very clean and well cared for. The breakfast provided the next morning was great. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

It met expectations as a lower priced option in the area, but still not sure about value. Staff was friendly. Hotel and room had a funny smell. Convenient gas station, IHOP and Jack in the Box in the parking lot.

Ashley was quite helpful, giving us recommendations for local food. Breakfast in the morning was good. Wish we had time to check out the pool and hot tub. Next time :) The hotel was close to the concert venue and would definitely stay here again.

Superb

I discovered two unidentified needles in the bathroom of my hotel room. This was extremely alarming, especially because I was traveling with my child. Needles are potentially hazardous items and should never be left in a room that has supposedly been cleaned and prepared for a new guest.

The breakfast was good and had a nice variety of foods to pick from. I did not have a working fridge in my room, so I could not keep any food or cold drinks. The hot tub seemed to be foaming out of the top while one person was in it with the jets on. Seemed to me like a chlorination dosage problem.

The bed was comfortable and the hotel was super clean. Furthermore, the staff were cheerful and attentive and i would stay again.
