Breakfast was great and the tables were kept clean. Mylissa at the front desk was especially helpful.
-
Breakfast was decent. Beds were okay. Staff was very nice. Pool and hot tub were fantastic!

Liked the coffee in the lobby with cookies available. Electricity cut off for many hours one night along with the elevator repair. Asked for compensation and was denied.

Great stay

Super friendly and helpful staff. The beds were awful. One was sinking so bad on one side we had to put our kid on it and make a barrier. The other bed sank in the middle so my spouse and I kept rolling into each other. Breakfast was good!

No hot water in the shower

The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable but

Clean, safe, and friendly staff. Our room, 408 was very clean- BUT the AC made weird noises all night. Of course we didn't hear it until it was late and we were already unpacked. Clearly, it was bearable, however just test your AC first before you get settled in! It's not a huge deal, especially with how great everything else was... and after a day at Ranier- I slept through the noises.

The staff was polite. I will come back hope the hot water gets fixed tho.

Front desk staff needs to be better trained. Personality and skill matters in the hospitality business.
-
Overall it was pretty good, just lacked a little bit of guest centric mindset from the staff to make it an excellent experience.
-
Clean room. Pool and jacuzzi also very clean.

The room we had reserved thru a third party was actually already booked but Mylissa at the front desk took care of us. She took the time to find us a room which was an upgrade, and really worked at making our stay great. She was so helpful and kind, we really appreciated all she did, and want to give her a shout out. So Thank You Mylissa, you rock!

The hotel only had one elevator, and it was extremely slow and made loud clanking noises that made it feel unreliable. I booked a King Suite Apartment, but the pullout couch was very uncomfortable, and there were not enough pillows or bedding provided. When we requested additional pillows and blankets, we were told there were no clean pillows available, and no extra blankets were provided. The kitchenette lacked basic amenities and had an odd assortment of dishes that did not seem sufficient for the room's occupancy. The room phone also did not work, requiring us to walk from the third floor to the front desk whenever we needed assistance. The air conditioning was inconsistent, with the bedroom becoming too cold while the main living area barely cooled at all. We also woke up with irritated throats and runny noses, which made us question the cleanliness of the HVAC system. Overall, the property felt more like an aging motel than the hotel experience being advertised. Considering the condition of the room, lack of amenities, and maintenance issues, I do not believe the property provides value consistent with its pricing.

Rooms were clean and so was the breakfast area. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast included hot and cold items, very good. Free parking in front of building with additional stalls in the lot next to a Denny's Restaurant which was within walking distance. There are other fast food joints in the area. You do need to request daily room service or extra towels/trash removal. Muckleshoot Casino is in the area and we heard their fireworks show every night (Wednesday through Sunday night). A bit tricky maneuvering the streets to get around the railroad tracks or to get to the right street.
