Staff very friendly and efficient, clean room and the price was right

We enjoyed our 4 day stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The property was good and the staff was helpful and friendly. We extended our stay one day with Tim at the front desk. We appreciated his caring and professional attention to our problem.

I originally gave this hotel a 5 star rating but, after having breakfast in the morning I noticed all the chairs were worn out completely. There was more worn out furniture in the main seating section as well. Other than that the stay was perfect

The staff made this trip way better. They were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel was in an ideal location from where the event we were going to was.

Clean place, great service, good breakfast. A little outdated but the price was very fair and I’d stay there again.

Parking is tight and limited.

Needs major renovations

Staff was great, especially Leen. She was always joyful and kind. Very small parking lot. Bunch of homeless around. On one occasion I was returning late and there was police everywhere due to the low income place next door. In my opinion the price was too high for the area and relatively to accommodate truck drivers.

Hotel room seems to be older or out dated. The sink was cracked pretty bad and the shower/water pressure was weaker. Everything was clean though and staff was super helpful. Free breakfast as well if that’s important for you.

The bed was very comfortable unlike most hotels. Not super impressed by the breakfast. Basically your standard Hotel breakfast.

Breakfast was okay and had a decent selection. On the morning we were leaving we took a load of our belongings to our car at about 8 am and then had you be let back into our room because our key cards would not work even though checkout wasn't until 11.

The hotel environment is cool and clean.

Typical continental breakfast at a chain hotel. more coffee packets in the room and the two packets were both decaffeinated.
