We had issues at our previous hotel we had to leave, so we arrived after midnight. There was a group of people at the front desk that had been waiting over 20 min for someome to check them in. It was a group effort to knock on doors, check the area, until a friend of the front desk clerk found her and brought her to the front. Lord knows what she was doing in the back of the hotel so long.

I wouldn’t not stay there I would rather stay in my car .. I drove up and it look abandoned hotel … it was pretty scary . But the lady at the front desk was nice when I told her that I wasn’t staying there and she understood…

The carpet was pretty dirty….needs a good shampoo. The bed was comfortable,the water was hot, and the ac was cold.

Staff was rude from the start, didn’t have our rooms ready at check in time, wouldn’t accept other payment from what I booked with. Don’t get me started on rooms. They smelled so awful of mildew and throw up, the carpet was moist and overall experience was terrible. We didn’t stay because of the overwhelming smell and are requesting a refund. We had two different rooms and they both smelled awful.

My room was clean, comfortable, and best of all, affordable. At the front desk you will meet a lovely lady named, Mona. She is knowledgeable, kind, and very appreciated! Will stay here again.

There was no one working breakfast. Had to ask desk clerk to refill food. Our room has Sheetrock that was damaged. No water in room. Chair was all torn.

The breakfast is almost non-existent. Property is majorly run-down. Rooms need updating, BADLY! With so many other options to stay in Alice, we won't stay here again.

Key would not work and instead of offering another room the desk clerk says oh that happens w/that room. Lobby bathrooms not working. Cammodes need to be updated. They are too low especially for an elderly person.The entire hotel looks run down.

Pool was not cleaned. Could not ever use the pool! When i tried to enter my room, there was two guest already in my assigned room! No elevator! Breakfast very limiting just cereal and waffles!
