The pool area is nice, jets in the hot tub didn’t work. Room, especially the bathroom floor was NOT clean, lots of stray hairs. I ran a towel over it and it was black after. Breakfast dishes were not very clean, neither was the food containers or toaster. Beds were comfy.

at least the beds were comfortable and they had waffles at breakfast. I wish we had asked for a second floor room so we could have opened the window. there are not individual A/C units in the rooms. we had to go buy a fan. besides being on the first floor and not wanting the window open for that reason, there wasn't a screen. so 2nd floor probably didn't have one either.

The chef was great firstly cracked eggs for breakfast rice in excellent coffee. We were so surprised how good it was. I hope a lot of people tip the Chef.

We loved the facilities (old room remodeled is great, pool, hot tub, and sauna were great and in a great location) Breakfast was a major let-down. As someone in the customer service industry, a few very small changes would make your breakfast SO much better. Keep the area clean (hire a woman who can pay attention to detail and knows what clean is) and have a bowl of fresh fruit available. I would add a few other small things, but those two alone would make the breakfast so much bettter!

It was ok. Nothing special about it really. The breakfast was very poor, very little to choose from and was running low on alot of items, we had to seek out an employee to get some things refilled.

Good place to stay, I will stay at this Ramada again in the future.

Always worth it. No complaints. Hot water took a minute to come up to the bathroom sink but otherwise everything was great as always

The fridge was filthy. I went right to the front desk to speak to someone. No one was there to help me, and the front desk girl was overwhelmed. My daughter has autism and we planned on a small birthday party sleepover with 3 girls. Autism does not go hand in hand with change. So changing rooms was going to be a no go and I told them that. Also, if bed bugs are in 1 room, it is highly likely they are in other rooms. Because we couldn’t touch the beds, so putting presents, pop, cake, pizza, plates, napkins, and utensils, and towels down on hard cleaned off surfaces, we had to obviously use a table outside our room for space. The employees said we couldn’t do that. The girls ate their pizza and cake in the common big breakfast area outside the pool gated area. That was not allowed because the food was not purchased there. I made it a point to clean up everything. Mind you, I got permission for 3 girls to stay overnight for the birthday the day after booking with the actual Ramada employee. We left the same day, and I will be expecting a full refund. This is not only for the disgusting room, but for ruining my daughter’s birthday!

Their idea of breakfast is laughable and not having enough coffee in the room for 2 adults is ridiculous

The breakfast was very limited in choice and amount. It did not get refilled when empty. Every other (few) day the room key resetted and I couldn't get into the room. Housekeeping only throws towels on the sink, nothing else. For toilet paper restock I had to walk to the reception. Wifi is terrible, can barely message on it. Working from the hotelroom requires a hotspot from your phone.
