Clean room and plenty of space. Staff kept up on giving us clean towels nd emptying out trash. Air conditioner was in good working order. Breakfast was filling nd tasty. Only thing id say would of been nice a bigger pool.

Our room was very clean but smelled musty and was very damp feeling. Also beware of the entry doors here to the rooms. Both our door and a neighboring door did not close without pulling or pushing shut. The doors need adjustment to close properly. These were the only issues we experienced. It ecentually is a good place to stay.

Wonderful staff but the building and rooms need to be updated and my lamp and vanity in bathroom so much rust. And my room was damp and musty. Ac didnt work correctly. Loud above on 3rd floor

The room was very clean. With a great bed. Check-in was was easy with great staff. Would definitely plan to stay again at another time.

The a/c was cold, but didnt take any humidity out of the air. Woke up to damp clothes every morning. The front staff acknowledged the issue, but blew it off as it had been raining a lot. Fairly poor experience if im being completely honest.

Breakfast No pool and a bit pricey

Breakfast was ok. The selling point on booking.com was the indoor pool. The pool is shut down long term for the summer. The kids cried. The ice machine was broken on our floor, no toilet paper in the room. They wouldn't allow a cancelation when we asked.

Pool not open for two years. The drain plug was missing from both drain in shower and drain in bathroom sink.

Convenient When we got there the pool was down when I called earlier they told me it would be ready

Great property to stay at if you are going to the races or casino. The hotel at Prairie Meadows is a little pricey.

No pool for over a year but was not noted on their site. Pool next door was also broken. Rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was ok. Went right at the start and hot food was just warm.

We were here for a weekend baseball tournament. 90+ degrees and humid, the boys were playing all day and looking forward to cooling off in the pool. While checking in the front desk employee said " i hope you're not planning to swim" well, yes we are. The pool has been down for over a year and the GM doesn't want to spend the money to fix it. No where on the website does it say this, and there are pics of the pool. I was planning to wash uniforms and was advised that the washer works but the dryer doesn't. Thankfully we packed an extra uniform--there was no way anything would hang dry with the rooms being so humid. I would give a zero star if possible.
