Very good location

Stayed for a family wedding. Easy on/off the expressway- but far enough away not to get expressway noise. Close to dining options, last minute shopping and gas! Not prepared for so many young soccer players, but mostly well behaved for their ages ( kudos Mom and Dad!)… would stay again!

We absolutely love staying here! This was our 2nd time staying. It is super clean, the room layout is fantastic and spacious. Our favorite is the pool/ hot tub. And of course, the back patio! Great views and great staff. We will always choose this location while in Des Moines!

Lovely design, clean, and great breakfast. Favorite was the breakfast potatoes dish.

We checked in at about 9:30 pm. The front desk person had a very bored affect, but did the job just fine. The beds were comfortable with clean linens and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good. Parking is easy and adequate. Would stay again.

Noisy! Too many uncontrolled children. We couldn’t wait to get out of there!! Not a very pleasant birthday weekend away!

Our hotel room was clean and spacious. We loved the layout and enjoyed the seating area tremendously! The lobby, bar, and dining areas were all immaculate. The back patio near the water was a great bonus! Staff was helpful and friendly. Our group didnt end up using the pool area as planned, but it looked fantastic. We will most definitely stay here again.

When 9:30 am hit, and ppl were still eating breakfast, they started cleaning all food out instead of waiting, threw alot of good food away

Had to pay a second time for one of my rooms at the property when I arrived. Even though I had paid through booking.com with no apparent issues. Can some one explain this to me?

Friendly staff I stayed 5 days and only once the housekeeping went to my room even though I requested it at the front desk so it was kind of dissapointing

Location Could get the room cool, even moved to another room and couldn’t cool that one either.

Everything was great. Great room. Clean facility. Nice staff.
