Staff were very helpful to my handicapped needs. Water got out from shower curtain causing a puddle of water on floor. Drain cover was completely loose, needs attention. In shower.

The bar/cafe in the hotel was nice. The furniture in our room was really beat up and needs to be replaced. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

Breakfast was ok but come early is you want a muffin. Beds were comfortable. Wouldn’t start here again. You get what you pay for.

I was told that I got a handicap room and it wasn’t they said I could get a shower chair then was told they didn’t have them. Very poor communication disappointed. I was not happy with my stay

Kind of dirty and run down. Staff was nice. Breakfast was ok but nothing you would pay for.

Very easy parking. Easy check in and out. Spacious rooms too.

Loved having a balcony room, but sliding door was in bad shape. Room had only one mirror at the sink I was too short to use and i am normal height. One mirror was odd. Breakfast was in disarray had a few choices to it but no plates no cups at the coffee. Property a little dingy. Great views! That was the best part!

Staff was great change my room when I asked them because of the noise from the elevator only thing is that my sister needs a shower chair she called a few days before and was told that all she needed to was to ask but when she checked in she was told that they didn’t have any

First time stay at this hotel. Terrible. AC in main lobby and hallways was not functional. Pool was closed. When we got to our room, furniture was in rough shape, ac did not work well and lone behold our microwave was missing . Although listed on website microwaves available. It did not have one and we were told by front desk “sorry” you can use the one in the main lobby. Horrible stay and would not recommend this location!

Also we were there for two nights and the cleaning woman did not take away our used towels or empty waste baskets after the first night. We obviously did not get fresh and dry towels for the next day.

I’ll stay there again, but ask front desk people to help with problem areas.
