A microwave within room and availability of luggage cart would be very helpful.

I don’t even need to write a lengthy review…just don’t stay here lol.

Place is under renovation, room had very old furniture and appliances but it was very clean. The staff sure made up for it. So nice and attentive- looking forward to staying there every time I’m in that area

The staff at the front desk were very helpful.

Breakfast was standard. Provided all the essentials The Scrambled eggs were a little watery. Would've liked more bagel varieties
-
The room was fine but the floor was very dirty. Only bananas for fruit and very limited choice for breakfast. I didn’t get much sleep because there was some annoying noise on and off all night! I was afraid to go see what it was, maybe the air system? Idk. I did have a burger & fries for dinner and that was delicious!

Enjoyed my stay

The staff was pleasant and helpful. Check-in went smoothly. The room was clean. The curtains and bathrooms are showing a little/age and wear and tear but nothing significant.
-
A good place for stop over after a long drive. The hotel was accessible and close to interstate which is a plus factor. Great facilities and friendly staff. They have a great breakfast too!
-
Quiet. Comfy bed. Breakfast was just carbs. Fridge had no freezer compartment. Ice machine was very good.
-
The room was clean and it was very nice and spacious. I also loved the bathroom and how clean it was and the hotel staff was very nice. The pool was CLOSED and no where did it say that when i was making the booking so i was kinda disapointedy

We reserved a Wheelchair Accessible with a roll in shower. We were given a regular room that was totally inaccessible. It took 45 minutes for them to find a room that would accommodate my wife’s Wheelchair. It had no roll in shower. We asked for a shower chair and were told they didn’t have any which meant my wife had to go without showering. This hotel was an ADA Nightmare.

Basically stayed there for connivence. Would stay at a better maintained hotel.

Basic, juice was water down, minimum variety.

It was nice

Bed was super comfortable, breakfast was ok The curtain in my room was not functioning, the balcony was dirty with dead leaves and twigs, hadn't been swept probably since last year

Worst experience with hotel staff in my life. I paid through hotels.com, but as I was leaving the property, I was told that I was a "no show" even though they gave me a room key card the night before. I checked my credit card account and the hotel charged my credit card twice some reason even though I had already paid hotels.com for the room for one night. The clerk spent a few minutes trying to figure out and said she would reimburse me but never did. A couple of days later, I called the hotel and they tried to blame hotels.com. I told them how can this be hotels.com's fault when you charged me extra. The manager and general manager blamed hotels.com, but the real issue was their mistake. They started blaming "virtual cards" and other technical differences telling me to call hotels.com, but I refused and asked them to fix their mistake. I'm still waiting for the hotel to reimburse me for the extra charge and remove the other pending charge on my credit card. Bottom line: carefully watch hotel staff because they are untrained and may charge extra and not correct their mistakes.
