Comfort Inn Duncansville - Altoona

The room could have used a little more attention due to the fact there was some black residue around the PTAC unit in the room near the vents. Also, the shower head in the shower didn't spray the best water and the adjustments barely work. The pool area could have used some more attention. There were no towels when I took my son swimming in the morning around 9:00 a.m. water was extremely cold in the pool and also when I booked the hotel we were looking forward to using a hot tub but there was it was broke and he said it had been broke for a while and that's spoken. Nothing about this when I made my reservation. Breakfast was okay but they had the same things every day for the 2 days I was there. All in all the staff was super nice and friendly. These couple tweaks would have gave it a five-star review. Also the Wi-Fi there was very hard to get connected to and it kept going in and out

The breakfast was good. I got this pls e for the pool. Don’t. The rooms do not have fans in the bathrooms. The staff was nice.

For the price point, a great place to spend a night.

Stay was quiet and very good. I had to be up too early to enjoy the free breakfast. There wasn’t much right around the location but otherwise it was good.

We checked in and couldn’t wait to use the Jacuzzi after a long drive unfortunately Jacuzzi is out of water grow the front Desk said it’s been out for months. She really put a note on the website, advising people of that. The bathroom tiles and tub were spray painted, which gives off a cheap motel type feel also the shower curtain rod is falling off the wall on both sides and since it’s round at the shower curtain kept sliding to the middle while I was trying to take a shower. Great location though.

Upon arrival the staff was very friendly, and checkin was a breeze. Our room was very cozy and clean, and the complimentary breakfast was great! All in all, a wonderful stay.

The room was very clean and I loved everything about it. I’ll definitely return in the future
