Traveled for hours just to be told they no longer had the suite I reserved because THEY overbooked. Their accommodation was a basic room and a “free cot”. Sheets were dirty with hair and “black spots”. First and last time. Never again

Friendly staff at registration. The pool was nice, just a little cold. The location is ideal for a hospital visit. Getting my dad to and from was a breeze. Lots of 'out of order' signs. The bar is only open 6-10 Wed - Sat and was not indicated on the website. The rooms are aging poorly with paint splatters, broken sinks, dirty corners, and a not very cold refrigerator. Cleaning supplies were left in the hall outside the pool the entire time we were there. It's obvious the staff are uninspired and have no interest in saying hello or make conversation with guests. I tried to make conversation with three staff and got shut off. For a hospitality business, the entire place needs a week of cleaning and small repairs, but ultimately the staff are in need of training on what hospitality means.

We usually stay at the Microtel nearby but since they have a conventional breakfast here we chose this place. Breakfast was good but wasn't well stocked. Sometimes there were only two yogurt in the fridge and the pans of eggs and sausage were very low. At one point here were 8 people waiting for eggs and sausage.

Limited breakfast options, pool could use a cleaning to remove the gunk above the water line, otherwise no issues. Bed was comfortable. No towels were at the pool so we always had to bring feom our room.

Great for being close to Penn State Altoona

Booked a suite. Arrived and was told they had no suites left. Asked for a refund of the difference between the suite and regular room, was told no. Had no choice but to take the regular room at suite prices based on time and availability of other hotels. Can we say scam?

Hotel is nice n quiet. Breakfast is ok. Water pressure in shower was NICE! Breakfast could have more items. The soap in shower was SUPER small. Beds were a lil too firm n blanket/sheet was tucked way toooo tight!

Rooms and bathroom on modern side and very clean, which is most important. Main floor also modern design and clean, which is also important. Location to college is really good. We have used hotel more than once and will use again. Pillows were too stiff.. not our preference so affected sleep…but could be preference for others. Maybe provide a mix of soft and firm on each bed. Also, at arrival, there was an odd smell at desk and in hallway on main floor.. did not happen before but was fixed by morning

Room seemed overall clean, but between the shower and the toilet area . . . it was full of mold. Meant to get a photo, but forgot to do so -- room 203. Not sure what is driving the prices in the area, but the costs feels about $40 too high for that location. Hotel was not full on a Saturday night, and walking around the area didn't feel safe at night.

I love how friendly the staff was. I don’t see friendly staff at hotels very often so it was refreshing to see. The breakfast was delicious. No complaints

Pool and gym were good. Location is nice it’s pretty clean all around. Elevators were constantly down. Bathroom door was busted. T.v only worked a 30% of the time. Breakfast bar was not always run efficiently or fully stocked most of the time
