The beds were comfy and the bathroom was spotless! The fan in the bathroom and light over shower were not working. The bathroom sink filled with water.

First of all it’s under new management so the pool has been down and they don’t tell you like they’re supposed to before you book to stay with them. Make sure you check in on time because they will give your room away and give you something that doesn’t fit your family and roll away bed that is disgustingly dirty and small. They said it will fit two children it’s a twin size that fits one kid. Shower door handle is so looose you had to struggle to push that huge glass door open and closed. No lock on the bathroom door it’s broken. Fridge doesn’t get cool at all.

We enjoyed our 2 nights in town here. The room was clean, comfortable and our neighbors were quiet. The free breakfast was great as well. It was nice to be in walking distance of downtown Altoona.

Traveled for hours just to be told they no longer had the suite I reserved because THEY overbooked. Their accommodation was a basic room and a “free cot”. Sheets were dirty with hair and “black spots”. First and last time. Never again

Everything was good. Breakfast was minimal.

We usually stay at the Microtel nearby but since they have a conventional breakfast here we chose this place. Breakfast was good but wasn't well stocked. Sometimes there were only two yogurt in the fridge and the pans of eggs and sausage were very low. At one point here were 8 people waiting for eggs and sausage.

Limited breakfast options, pool could use a cleaning to remove the gunk above the water line, otherwise no issues. Bed was comfortable. No towels were at the pool so we always had to bring feom our room.

Booked a suite. Arrived and was told they had no suites left. Asked for a refund of the difference between the suite and regular room, was told no. Had no choice but to take the regular room at suite prices based on time and availability of other hotels. Can we say scam?
