Housekeeping should still make the bed and take out the trash at a minimum every day. Why pay 129:00 a night to sleep and shower. Definitely to much money without any other services.

The room was clean and attractive, with every need anticipated and fit into a small but adequate space with excellent planning. The afternoon and morning staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast had many "real food" choices - hard-boiled eggs, oranges, yogurt, bagels and peanut butter (those were my choices). The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning noiseless. The mini-fridge was big enough to store everything I wanted to transport from NYC to Columbus. All in all I couldn't have asked for more, and the price was right, too! Honestly, there is nothing that I disliked.

Our four-day stay was wonderful. The staff members were, as always, amazing. However, during this particular visit, our room had a distinct odor of cats whenever the air conditioning was activated. Despite this, I did not observe any physical evidence of a cat, such as hair or other traces. Nevertheless, the scent of a cat was undeniably present when the air conditioning was in use.

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean room and property areas. Disappointing that the pool was closed the days we were there. Something different should be done to ensure that the coffee is hot and available 24-hours as advertised - the carafes only kept in very lukewarm. Hotel was extremely easy to find off from highway, and was super convenient to the venues for the family wedding we were attending. Overall very good stay.

The place was clean. As was the room, but it did smell very musky. Especially thr bathroom. They either need to air the room out before they rent it or invest in air freaheners. They did put us next to a room with a dog that kept barking, which was very annoying, but I guess they left the day we checked in because after a while we heard nothing.Pool and staff were very nice.

We've stayed at this property several times and the staff was more than helpful. Facility was very clean and close to all the attractions we wanted to see. Would highly recommend this property. We hope to return soon!
