Large clean rooms & friendly staff. But the WiFi is terrible. I could not get it to actually connect to the internet. Fortunately I was able to use my I-Phone personal hot spot and was able to get four bars of signal strength.

Not fair to give them a poor review while they’re undergoing renovations. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location. Easy access to shopping, dining, VA hospital, major roadways. Room pricing was a great value. Will likely stay again on our next visit in that area.

Overall a good property with a lot of potential. For the cost, it is worth it. It is close to all the essential stores and restaurants, it was quiet and didn't feel sketchy. Our only issues - the mold (my allergies flared up) and the slow internet. The housekeeping was timely and neat, and the check-in and check-out was smooth.

Room was decently clean but had an odd smell. The sheets and blankets were visibly old. Buildings are very shabby looking. Only one staff that wasn’t very available or helpful. Only reason to stay here is if you need a cheap bed for one night and you don’t care about literally anything else.

Horseshoe Curve Lodge is fairly basic but the room was clean and the beds comfortable. There are not a lot of amenities but at the price it was hard to beat.

Breakfast was not offered, and advertised as the case. The room was clean and looked nice. The refrigerator was a nice one with separate freezer, and both worked very well. It served our needs for the night. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly. Location to highways and shopping was good. The tv and remote were difficult to use. The plugs were loose and did not all work. The facility in general had signs of renovations, and you could tell that was evident. It was apparent that it was an older facility.

The comforters were so dirty and room stank, I wasn't even comfortable staying. I got a full refund. The people loitering made my child uncomfortable. There was only one employee around. When he left to do errands, I had to talk to the contractor to get ahold of the receptionist and wait around for him to come back on the property so I could get my refund and leave.
