The comforters were so dirty and room stank, I wasn't even comfortable staying. I got a full refund. The people loitering made my child uncomfortable. There was only one employee around. When he left to do errands, I had to talk to the contractor to get ahold of the receptionist and wait around for him to come back on the property so I could get my refund and leave.

Location and price Bad wifi no breakfast
-
not fully sure what was nearby other than a fireworks store!

Office was locked, sign said closed for renovation

Close location to interstate and attractions. Staff was pleasant. I did get my refund quick with little effort. Room was not what I booked. No rooms available like I booked 3 months in advance. Was only a few cars in the parking lot, one silver Ford van was there when I was here 2 years ago. Of 6 nights stayed 1 and checked out. Room was dated, amenities were old, cigarette burns in bedding, bathroom fan made awful noise.

That place sucked i paid for room i never got to even step foot in the room i got there 9am because i was out on streets freezing and i asked if i could check in earlier since I did reserved the room night before so should be one open and they made me wait all way 4pm to get in room well then would been leaving at 11pm so its not worth renting room there it sucks

Nothing. It was nasty The bloodstains on the duvet, the cigarette burns in the sheets, the overall sketchy vibe, basically everything.

I was told there were no king bed rooms available. I reserved my king room weeks prior to my scheduled stay. I was given a 2 bed Full/Queen room instead. The customer that was immediately behind me checking in was given a king bed room. I made my reservation before that customer did. I know this to be true as I'm then one that directed that customer to where we re staying and what room to get after my reservations were already made. The room I did have smelled bad, had no smoke detector, and there was long black hairs all over the walls of the shower and in the drain.

Excelent place

I’ve been staying here a lot recently, it’s the cheapest place in Altoona. The place is a tad dated I’d say but for the price it can’t be beat and the rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I can’t ask for much more considering the cost.

Booked a room through Travelocity and upon arrival the office was closed and nobody answered the phone. Had to go elsewhere.

Sheets were clean . Worst reception TV I’ve ever seen in any motel. You get what you pay for .I was only there for a night. Severely dated .some rooms had broken windows. Whoever owns this property obviously bit off more than he could chew on updating it. I greatly understand why no franchise would ever sign up for this motel.

-
Very nice and easy to get everything done and, replenished and everyone is very helpful
-
Wi-Fi wouldn’t work either. Tommy at the front desk was great. He had a great attitude and willing to help with anything.
-
Friendly staff and clean rooms and everything is in good shape
-
staff was rude and had no manners and it smelt like mold and was not clean or worth the price. the service is extremely poor.
