The staff members, who were working the front desk, were nice, but there was someone, on the 3rd floor, screaming obscenities and being very loud during the night and even more so the next morning.

The carpets were very dirty the electrical outlet didn’t work near the bed. Guests next to me in another room were loud and swearing at each other. I didn’t feel safe

No iron so pack your own. No elevator so try to book a ground floor. Odd smell but not very bad. There was hair in the shower on arrival. AC works well. Courteous staff.

When we arrived, the front desk woman and another woman were on the porch smoking weed. There are signs posted that say no smoking, no weed, no vaping. Very poor first impression. The hotel is very run down and needs alot of work. It smells musty and has dust balls hanging on the textured walls. The breakfast is packaged muffins and little bottles of sunny d. Definitely not a place I want to go back to.

Parking was fine and the rooms were clean. A bit of an odd situation with the main room light, microwave, and possibly the television all working off the same breaker. *The light switch needed to remain on to allow for the rest of the items to work. A free breakfast is offered with the room...yet on the first day, no milk, no fruit, and barely any other food from what I saw.

Everything!! Great place to stay!! Super comfortable beds!! Very friendly staff! Close to everything in the area!! Safe area Maybe could have more breakfast - only had prepackaged muffins

The hotel was good the price was great it could have a little more for breakfast options and more cleaner bedding my bedding had spots on it. That’s all. The bedding could had been more clean the decorative top blanket And brighter colors including the shades it’d looks outdated not the most appealing.

Location, beach and lazy river Room had a bad musty smell, lock was broken, carpet stunk, staff not friendly.

I liked brewed coffee being available all day. Breakfast was welcome, but there could have been more of it.

That it was cheap. The staff was so rude. The room and hallway smell like cat piss. They wouldn't let us eat the free breakfast at all. Just completely rude
