Of no fault of the hotel, a guest was screaming and cursing and slamming doors in the hallway at 3 a.m.

Good location, close to PNG field for Curve games, close to shopping and dining. Rooms ok, bathroom door didn't shut, bathtub water didn't drain well, air conditioning unit off and on all night and didn't seem to cool room.

The floor in the room was very dirty as was the bathroom. We got our grandchildren chocolate muffins at breakfast time, and they were covered in mold.

Got in late around 10pm. There was a mix up, took forever and finally was given a key. I was given a Key to a occupied room, so had to go back and take awhile to get another room/key. I came back and Key card didn't work for room or getting in the building. Tried many times and when I complained about it. I was told to keep trying and use it slow. I had to have someone to stay in room at all times so if I left she could let me back in. Room smelled terrible, and AC didn't work very well. Had it set to 62 and was still hot. Usually I'm ok at 72-75 but not there. Wouldn't use this hotel again.

It's convenient to I-99 The staff was rude and unwelcoming. Asked for a managers name and front desk clerk, whi refused to give his name, yelled "His name is Robert!" but refused to give any last name or contact information. Complete waste of money; we ended up not even staying here. No refund.
