Toilet wouldn’t flush upon arrival and took over an hour to have it looked at. No remote for tv, craziest bed frame that squeaked when you even moved a leg, bathtub stopper didn’t work, some kind of blood stain on wall. Just too many bad things to enjoy the room! Price was the only good thing about the room.

Would never stay there again. Shower disgusting didn't even use it. Whatever they cleaned floors with left a film and I had to wear shoes everywhere even to get out of bed to use bathroom

The bathtub looked like a mat had been removed and was left looking dirty. There was no pool or continental breakfast, and the internet access was horrible. We were very disappointed.

Grounds - overgrown weeds all over the property. Trash littered the parking lot. Room - Fridge didn't work. Bathroom door wouldn't lock or stay shut. Shower faucet and handle was falling out of the wall exposing everything behind the wall. Wildlife - Creatures roaming around the parking lot. Roaches scurrying around the room. 0/10 recommend. Would sleep in my vehicle before staying here again

Roaches in the room. Was moved to another room in a separate building with no issue.

No one at check in.. Had to wait till they showed up to check in and was then charged an additional fee. Room had a terrible smell and I felt cleaner NOT using the shower. If I hadn't needed to stop for the night I definitely wouldn't have stayed there

Not a place to stay even for one night. Did not feel safe. Rooms are dirty and unpleasant.

Will never stay again or recommend.

Room had a slight bleach smell

The hotel looked more like a place rented by the hour than a reputable hotel for overnight stays. The sheets had holes in them, and the pictures online were very deceiving and did not accurately represent the property's condition. Because of the poor condition of the hotel, we chose not to stay and left immediately.

The room was very nasty I took plenty of pictures of the room. Staff was hard to understand, pillows were so flat and bed was very uncomfortable. Towels when touched the ground could tell floor was dirty cuz when picked up it had black spots on it. Room wasn’t even ready when we arrived at 5pm and check in was 3pm. Also should mention the tub faucet was coming out the wall

This place was a dump! I reserved 2 double queen rooms. After a 10.5 hour drive they only had two rooms available. The first room had mold in the bathroom and the a/c barely worked. The second room was a smoking room, to which I made it apparent that I didn't want but was told that's all they had. The second room had extreme black mold in the bathroom and smelled like cigarettes. Worse motel experience ive ever had! 1 outta 10 I wouldn't recommend!!!

Staff is friendly, helpful dont speak much English but always a lot of fun and laughs. Room are meant to be stayed in not lived in but here we are ...not bad 55. To 65 dollars . .. I would give this place a 10 more than I expected. Thank u

Everything, was filthy , couldn't get extra towels, no phone in rooms.

It's been a week and my security deposit has still not been returned, it was advertised through Expedia to be returned by noon the day of checkout, The pool was not usable and the continental breakfast was a small snack cake.

Room was ok but no comfortable chairs to sit on. Bed side lamps would have been nice. Air conditioner had a lot to be desired. Could not set lower than 76 degrees so was quite warm for sleeping. Only 7 minutes from Horseshoe Curve which is fantastic. Close to restaurants and shopping storefronts for activities in the evening. No continental breakfast. Wasn't bad but wasn't good either.

Value, seem clean The room smell from cleaning spray, had trouble sleeping from smell and humidity. Too humid in room. Floor and hard surfaces felt damp.
