The people in the office are very friendly and the rooms are very cleaned . I liked everything

There wasn't any breakfast besides coffee and the rooms were dirty smelt like cigarettes and had little air conditioning also holes in the walls and cigarette burns on the bedsheets

I had to pull fridge out to get my medicine that rolled under . When I did that the cockroach Cockroach, floors we not properly scrubbed I rescrubbed and got the corner of the room

My room is big , clean, quiet can't hear other people beside me I couldn't have my cat here

The location was convenient to the convention center and a bunch of shops and restaurants. The price per night was the cheapest in the area. Light in the bathroom didn't work. Only 2 out of 7 outlets in the entire room worked. No hot water at night. The tub had very little texture for traction and I slipped and fell. Mini fridge and microwave was in the middle of the room blocking the only night stand/ desk. (Assumed this was the best option for the handicapped room we stayed in to make it wheelchair accessible) outside/ parking area was very well lit but the curtain couldn't adequately block out the light imo.

The staff was very friendly, and the cleaning staff gave me extra towels and soap without any problem. Everything was excellent; the quality-price ratio met my expectations.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY WILL STILL YOUR BELONGINGS WHILE YOUR AT WORK. BED BUGS...DIRTY ACCOMMODATIONS AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST. WILL STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS!!

Nothing, the property is near abandonment, even when you go in and scrub everything down with bleach its still dirty. They have bed bugs in a room that I unfortunately was placed in initially. Then screamed at me at called me a problem when I made them aware. I was traveling all the way from the west coast and it was not a budget stay after having $2000 worth of my belongings come up missing. I had no guest nor did they even acknowledge that their were responsible for things that they called 'lost'. I went to work and back to the room so it wasn't 'lost' it was taken, stolen or whatever you choose to call it. It was my belongings and they made no efforts at all to replace the value of my things. They will call you names due to their acts. Smh this place is an absolute nightmare! Being yelled at, being called names, the 'manager' telling the police I was a problem officer I called on them due to my things being stolen and the 'manager' running my card multiple times out of spite. The house cleaner speaking only in Spanish and calling me crazy smh. This place needs to be shut down.
