Well maintained with a wonderful continental breakfast!

It's a great place to go to. Take your grandkids swimming, very clean, comfortable beds

No service for 3 days but ok. safety handles not available for showers. mattress awful. needs replaced.

The workout room need a major upgrade but besides that, a nice stay.

OMG! What a huge disappointment! Room (and property in general) were very run down although an ad described it as "newly renovated). Staff were great and check in was easy once they finally figured out a premium king-spa room we paid extra for was available. Not worth it! Room ceiling tiles were out of place. Jetted tub in room was dirty. We found a long black hair in bathroom that definately didn't belong to us. But good strong hot water. And convenient parking because not many guests. Bed looked clean but we woke up this a.m. with LOTS of bug bites! BED BUGS apparently. Breakfast was horrible. NOTHING in the steam trays. A lukewarm unheated pot of coffee on the counter, some ugly apples & oranges in a bowl, make your own instant oatmeal with not-so-hot water, and the make your own waffles were undercooked because griddle machine not hot. And the room where breakfast was served was dark and gloomy. We left and found a diner a few miles away for a decent breakfast. No manager was on duty Sat. morning to complain to or make amends. I left my name and number, but if he ever came in he never called. Avoid at all costs! Expedia, I deserve a refund.

Very saggy. Room felt very damp But there was no musty smell. Over all it was okay.

We planned this hotel specifically for a hot tub. Unfortunately it will filled with plants and not as advertised. But the pool was lovely and we had a nice stay regardless!

The shower was horrible. All of a sudden it would go freezing cold, then scolding hot and the AC was unbelievably loud.

Property is old and outdated. Rooms smell awful. Nothing like photos. Pool was nice. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. I don’t think anything has been updated, changed, or maintained since the location was a Sheraton. The bar area was the nicest part of the hotel, unfortunately kids were involved in the trip, so other than getting takeout from the bar I didn’t get to enjoy that part. Nick at the service desk was beyond helpful, probably the only reason this review is neutral and not bad. Way to go Nick for the outstanding customer service!!

Very nice hotel especially for families with children! Super nice warm large pool- Decent sized rooms large bathrooms - Very nice breakfast area Will delicately stay again - beds were ok not the most comfortable but overall stay was good

This hotel was a blast from the past. A unique facility out in the country. I would definitely stay here again. The food and bar were excellent.

The property needs an update definitely showing lots of wear and tear throughout.

We enjoyed our stay. We come stay there at least once a year. The rooms are clean maybe needing a little updating. The staff was helpful & accommodating. Plenty of parking. But the breakfast is disappointing. They have a bowl of vanilla yogurt instead of individual yogurts. They don't have any meats or potatoes. Just waffles, toast, & cereal.

The room was great the only issue was the pool was hot , i understand that it was a bit hot out but the pool room could have been a bit colder

The pool was lovely. Very warm like bathwater. The staff was nice. I wish the elevator was more centrally located.

I had a great stay at this hotel and would recommend it to other travelers. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was cozy and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay, and the location was convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would gladly stay here again in the future.
