Dirty very dirty

Staff was very friendly. Our room was nice and clean.

I booked this hotel and paid $60 a night extra because it said it had a pool and a hot tub. Neither one of them worked. The shower had mold in it and the entire place just seemed like it’s ready for a downgrade and the signs to be switched to Motel 6.

There is mold in the bathtub, the shower makes sounds when its turned on, there is a musty smell, and the bathtub moves. Furthermore, the towels look like they have been washed to the point they are no longer towels but rags. I’d figure that for 300 dollars a night, they would present a better property but very dissapointing.

It was a room. I’m very in different about it. Bed was comfy. The staff was busier in her phone than to help me. My room was dirty. Crumbs on the counter by the microwave. Crickets in the light in the bathroom so you look up and just see dead bugs in the light. Hot Tub was broken. I paid $350 plus dollars for rude staff a room that was tolerably clean and then when I told staff there response was you through a 3rd party so you need to take it up with them

Room was a decent size Not enough pillows or blankets for number of guests. Front desk staff didn’t introduce themselves or greet us…I couldn’t tell they were staff…looked like a guest enjoying the entryway. Bugs in the bathroom

The room was clean and the furniture was nice Layout was weird, the TV was in a location where you could only watch it from the bed or couch but not both. There were bugs in the halls, both dead and alive, found drug paraphernalia in the parking lot. The price was not worth what we paid.

Wallpaper was peeling from the walls in our room. There was mold around the caulking in the shower. The guest laundry was closed. The hot tub was closed. The breakfast was the worst I have ever seen. Whatever they had labeled as scrambled eggs smelled like poop and didn’t even look like eggs. Don’t stay here unless your only other option is sleeping outside.

Perfectly adequate place to stay

The facilities, room was noisy like electrical transformer from an equipment that wasn't inside room, but you feel it through the walls, the air conditioning didn't work and humidity was very high that makes you uncomfortable sticky. The bathtub have mildew in the whole silicone line. The bed seems to be from old whood structure that make noise and you feel yourself In a hammock!! The carpets smelled with humidity and bad odor. The seats from the booths at breakfast area are broken, I dont understand what happened with Hilton Inn at this location!!!! Bad experience, on top of that I paid $380 per the night for an non updated and uncomfortable hotel!!

I always try to stay at the Hampton. This one needs some upgrading. Just some maintenance probably needed most of all. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It was very clean. Ac could also use maintenance.

Good place to stay. A little dated in upkeep but still good place.

the only reason we rent there is the hot tub and inside the pool neither of which work or are operating. the quality has demolished exponentially.. breakfast is watered down even the milk with no flavor . Colombian coffee was weak and see through. Please fix

Started at check-in the night clerk Tristan was very unwelcoming. The bathroom had mold and was was chipping in different places. Found hair from the previous guest on the bottom sheet. Will not stay here again.
