Checking in was easy and good. No complaints. My issue was after the fact. I noticed when I got home I was charged twice for my room. I’ve been trying ALL day to get ahold of someone at the property. Finally at 6:30pm, I get ahold of someone only to hastily be told there’s no manager on until tomorrow and call back then. Didn’t even wanna attempt to help me or anything.

I thought that for the price, it would have a pool. My main complaint is in regards to children playing, yelling, screaming in the hallway after midnight. Staff should have addressed this.

No elevator, so if you are on the second floor then you need to carry everything up the stairs. And the room's style feel like I'm in the hospital. Pillows and towels both were not very clean.
-
They don't have an elevator. I would make the full size beds into queen size ones.
-
I was in the first floor. It was clean For the price I thought it would be a nicer hotel trying to get out the door with your luggage you have to figure out how to hold the door open they don’t automatically open one of the two doors were locked. So it was hard getting in and out of the doors

The staff is amazing. Room was okay. Bed was comfortable.

Very nice place to stay at a good price. Very clean, when I checked in it was quick but I could not understand the lady behind the desk and she wasn't sure what I was saying, but we worked it out! Very friendly and our room was clean, but it turned out to be a handicapped room, which is wonderful, but the shower set up was really bad, and water got all over the bathroom floor. We will definitely stay there again when we go see our grandson who is Altus AFB

Location was great Need thicker comforters on beds, coffee pots in room, and brew your own coffee... not a fan of that machine

The staff was very friendly, coffee all day long. Breakfast was good, especially the waffle machine.

It was dirty, it smelled, the customer service was terrible

Nothing. It was a terrible experience. This was a queen room but we were both on the edge of the bed and we are not large. I am handicapped already and I was terrified I would fall off. We both were to be honest. I’m pretty sure it was a double. I can’t believe that a discount website would charge so much for this nonsense. The room smelled, the pillows were lumpy and were stained, when we asked for extras because they were so flat we had to put the case on ourselves, the bathroom was technically accessible but was so small I could barely maneuver, it took 10 or 15 minutes to figure out the shower, we would have asked to change rooms but it was after 10 when we got there and were exhausted. We had heard good things about this brand and I think even stayed at a Microtel before but will never again. We used your site, which we trusted, but feel we were gouged based on the last minute booking (around a full day before) so the room was 155. Definitely not worth that. Maybe 75 but honestly that’s a stretch. We ended up staying at a Best Western the next night on the way home in Wichita Falls with only an hour or so of notice and found a best western for half the price and it was a palace. Make this make sense.

staff was so nice and friendly The cost for one night was over $200 in Oklahoma mirror in the bathroom was horrible
-
A pleasant place to stay
-
The breakfast was minimal and you can hear the parking lot and all the loud cars and trucks drive by. People and guests hanging out in the parking lot past 10 pm was another issue as well as listening to loud music.
-
It was clean and great breakfast The room just felt so small and not very welcome kind of dark and gloomy
