They are currently remodeling so the pool and hot tub were inaccessible. The breakfast was limited no milk was available. Pillows need to really be replaced their horrible. The shower hose was something I remember from the it's. However it was quiet

The hotel staff were okay, but not super helpful. They were hardly at the desk and available. We had to leave early due to finding bed bugs in our bed. I also found evidence of bed bugs along the seams of the mattress. We have not been able to contact the property due to them not answering the phones. Overall was pretty disappointing.

The room was nice but the bathroom definitely needed to be updated. There was construction going on in other parts of the building so maybe they will eventually get to the rooms I had.

Front desk staff was not friendly and I had to call out for them to come out of the back room. Also, I feel the hotel should have had some kind of notice that they are remodeling and renaming the hotel.

Customer service at front desk was horribly rude and very unwelcoming upon check in. Property under construction and materials stacked all over the inside and outside of property.

The clerk behibd the counter acted as though we were an inconvenience. Because of the renovations, the pool and area were closed. Building materials were stacked all over the lobby and dining area. When we got to our "handicap accessible room", it was hot, the Air conditioner wasnt working and smelled like feet. Additionally, the restroom lighting was very dim and where there was supposed to be a shower, there was a tub (I have lower extremity issues, so stepping into a tub is very difficult and dangerous, hence the reason for reserving a handicap accessible room). I called the front desk and was told that all of the other rooms were booked and there was nothing they could do. I insisted they do something and the clerk said she could send maintenance up to check the A/C and for the smell in the room... I was able to get the A/C working after messing with it. There was some kind of electrical short in the switch. The maintenance guy came up and was very friendly. He said it really did smell like feet and sprayed something all around the room that immediately made it much more pleasant. I would definately not recommend this lodging for anyone!

Clean room, very friendly staff and breakfast included. Hotel currently under construction, but we were just passing through and needed a place to sleep and shower so didn’t bother us!

They were under construction and the pool wasn't working. But everything else other than that was okay

Poor breakfast, hotel was under renovation, was not clean
-
Hotel was under major construction which wasn’t shared when reservation was made.

Wish renovation in progress would be mentioned before we booked. Several containers in front parking. Nails in driveway.

Clean room fresh breakfast friendly staff

We had two rooms booked, one of the rooms had been previously smoked in and cleaned or hadn’t had the filters changed in the air conditioning unit. I am extremely allergic to cigarette smoke so that room had to be changed out. Overall the breakfast area was mostly clean, with very standard fare. If there had been any other hotels on that side of Amarillo that had rooms open, we would have changed hotels. We will give it a year or more before checking with them again.

What made the experience worse was the attitude of the staff. There was no empathy, no welcoming smile, and our concerns were met with an unhelpful response that no other rooms were available. As older guests, we expected at least some understanding and courtesy. From the reactions of other guests during our stay, it seemed that we were not the only ones dissatisfied. Unfortunately, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I hope management takes immediate steps to improve cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.

The bathroom was not clean and we decided to not shower there. The building is under renovations so maybe it will get better

Don't trust the rating. The rooms are smelly and dirty. We were trying to switch to a different room/facility, but because we arrived later in the day, none of these was possible. We never come again.

Hotel was under construction - didn't even look opened. The light in the bathroom didn’t work and they had no room to switch us to nor were they able to get maintenence staff to fix.
-
The room is ok for the price, it not new as picture look and not that clean.

DO NOT Stay here right now. Major construction going on. The sign from the freeway is blacked out. You don’t see it coming around the back way and by then it’s too late. Trash everywhere, signs that say WATCH FOR FALLING Debris. I called immediately to cancel.
