Clean room, nothing terrible to say but wasn’t mind blowing.

Rooms were clean and the staff was nice. The breakfast was four typical hotel breakfast air conditioner worked great. My only complaint is the batteries in the TV remote were dead and I could not change the channel or turn the volume up or down. When I took the remote downstairs to the front desk they put some batteries from another device in the TV remote and those didn’t work either. 4/5 stars

Overall the hotel was good, it could have been great if the lobby and hall/elevators were kept cleaner and you did not have to fight the fly's in the lobby. They were all over the bowl of fruit which had overripe bananas in it. Also, our sink drained very slow in the room, they had no creamer, sugar or stir sticks for coffee.

Very thoughtful staff. Room was clean and ac worked well.

The first room assigned was not serviced so we requested another. The second room assigned couldn't be opened with the key card. Third room assigned was ok, except for a very noisy a/c. It always amazes us that s hotel with over 90 rooms and a nearly empty parking lot will assign you a room on the top floor and at the end of the hall. We had a cart full of luggage and had to back make repeated trips to front desk to get properly registered.

The bathroom had black hair in the tub and all over the floor. The bathroom fan sounded like a plane taking flight.The AC was nice and cold but made a grinding noise (didn't interfere with my sleep). The ceiling between the beds had a dime size hole in it. Things that you don't notice when you first walk in but you find when you start using it. Also reserved 2 King rooms (myself & coworker) but both of us were given Double Queen without any explanation.

Room had no heat and FREEZING. Front desk staff provided portable heater and said would give discount but manager did not. Coffee weak and lukewarm. After spending the night in cold room, was hoping for hot coffee at least. Would not stay here again

Ac/heat was broken and made an awful noise all night, people above us made banging sounds all night … we literally got no sleep- light were missing light bulbs- looked like black mold under the sink in the bathroom

Check in staff were difficult. Problem with out room required me hanging up the room phone after 5 mins on hold to call from my cell so she would actually answer. Breakfast was stale af. Really disappointing for a brand I expect better of.

The sink in the bathroom did not drain properly. It took about 5 min to drain after washing hands. The shower curtain was not long enough so after a shower, there was water all over the bathroom floor. After sopping up the water with a towel, it was obvious that the floor was dirty. I always use Clorox wipes when entering a hotel room, this hotel room was not clean. There was an ozone generator left on the desk In the hotel room. The morning after our first night, I told the front desk person about all the problems. He looked down at a piece of paper and might’ve been writing them down or pretending to. He did not apologize or say one word so I just left. When you pay that much money for a hotel, it should be clean, the sink should function and the shower curtain should be long enough and there should not be an ozone generator in your room. We did not even get an apology, there was no response. We will never stay there again.

It was nice and they were able to book last minute when we left an unpleasant motel in the middle of the night.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good.
