My Place Hotel - Amarillo West/ Medical Center, TX

The only negative was for me, was no ice machine and the ice maker in the refrigerator didn’t make hardly any overnight …but great place to stay for sure!!..and very reasonable.

No hot water due to a broken gas line. Not the staff's fault.

Close to restaurants and clean room were good. Appreciated the kitchen area for our snacks/food. Would be great if breakfast was included. I understand prices need to be competitive but feel like Amarillo as a whole is definitely price gauging way more than they should in this economy.

Location Dirty carpet in hallway. No dishes. No free breakfast. Request for room location was only met after desk clerk actually listened to me on second request.

Easy off the freeway

Location, and having a kitchen. What good is a kitchen w/o dishes, pans and utensils? We were told that they were out of kitchen supplies. Isn’t that kind of a for adequate supplies for your rooms.

The staff were very nice and helpful It was basically clean, but the whole place seems old and crusty with dim lighting. It’s a very basic old hotel. No breakfast, not even some plastic wrapped bleh breakfast.

Property was very clean.

The people were friendly and the rooms very clean. Will come again.

The price was great and it was clean!

It was convenient but basic. One of the rooms had a disgusting disposal full of debris. I reported it the front desk the next morning and they reported it to maintenance.

Clean, quiet, great room, great location with easy access to everything. The staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable. We will stay again when in Amarillo, TX. We loved it all
