The amount we paid for this hotel was definitely not reflected in the hotel. The rooms are very out dated, the room was stuffy and smelt muggy, the beds were very uncomfortable and we asked housekeeping for extra towels and they told us to call the front desk. It was very odd.

. I had to change rooms 4 times due to faulty things in the rooms. Non-flushable toilet, broken thermostat, refrigerator making very loud noises. The 4th room was OK.

No frills hotel , a little dated , but overall safe & price is affordable.

This is a nice place for an overnight stay and the price is right. Its close to everything to visit in the area. Better than a Motel 6 and the cookies are to die for. Don’t forget to ask for some.

I really enjoyed my stay. Raja and Darwin at the front desk very super helpful and professional. Restaurant staff was very nice and attentive as well and the food was actually pretty good. I wouldn’t mind staying there again just hope that the property will be renovated as it’s very outdated. My room was HUGE and I did enjoy how peaceful and quiet it was as I was able to complete school work and sleep without issues.

A little paint would go along way. The room had a very scuffed up bathroom and very dirty bathroom door...worse than I've seen in some 3rd world countries. Did not think this was a Hilton level hotel. Overwhelming smell of cheap cleaning products, wine stained carpet, a desk chair that was shedding the pleather fabric like a German Sheppard in summer, dirty curtains and a filthy bathroom door that led to a bathroom that needs paint desperately. Staff were kind and room was big but I'd rather camp than go back and I'm not a camper

We weren’t able to make trip and 6 months out tried to cancel with NO help from Expedia or hotel chain. We were charged for the reservation! We stopped using Expedia because of this!

The pool was nice, the food was decent The carpet was gross, the room smelled like old lady, the A/C was mediocre, there was mold in the shower ——did I mention, the carpet was gross

The staff is rude. Had to go down 3 times asking for coffee cups in the room, they didn't have any at the reception. the 3rd time I went to ask, the staff lady yelled at me.

Bed was very comfortable. The hotel needs an upgrade. The carpets were quite nasty. You have to pay $2.00 if you drink the bottle water! Food and service in the restaurant was very good.
