Excellent location, close to everything. Staff was mostly helpful. Spacious, comfortable room. Comfortable bed. Pet friendly. Maintenance was useless. Room was right by a slamming door. We had a headboard light that we inadvertently turned on, didn't know how and didn't know how to turn it off. Apparently, neither did the front desk.

Holiday Inn Express and Suites is a no frills motel like place. It was comfortable and relatively quiet and the breakfast buffet was better than I expected. We were there for about 14 hours so we were not in need of anything special so it worked out fine.

It was a very comfortable property - very quiet. the staff were friendly and helpful. This property would be good as a place to rest and recharge. Not really a destination property, but it would be our first choice if we were back in the area. Parking is very easy.

Only stayed 1 night but it was very good. Good breakfast, clean room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was very helpful finding an item we left behind and shipping It home! Some items needed replenishment. We had to ask the staff. We were initially charged for an extra person but this was fixed later to match the price shown on Booking.

Large, clean rooms. Great breakfast. Pool. Friendly staff! I don't usually give 10/10 reviews. I was really impressed by the quality and price with proximity to Napa.

Two points of improvement - the alarm clock in the room was set for 6am, as was the one in the room next to us (going off for 15-20 minutes). We were woken up for the second time when housekeeping knocked insistently on the door at exactly 9am. We were in town for a show so went to bed around 2am. We just rolled with it but we're confused why housekeeping would knock on our door to clean when we were checking out by noon.

At midnight, the front desk began called my cell phone, first with a voicemail asking if we were still coming, then a second voicemail at 12:30am stating they were aware we checked in but there was "an issue". I was asleep and didn't answer. They then called our room phone at 1am (again, didn't answer, as I was asleep). They then came up to the room at 1:30am to knock on the door repeatedly until I woke up. All of this was to inform me the daily hold "hadn't processed correctly" and I had to go down to the lobby to have them process it right then - this apparently couldn't wait until the morning. There are still significantly better ways to handle a situation like this - it was not urgent and certainly not worthy of waking us. We clearly were staying multiple nights and could have easily been reached by calling the room or my cell phone after 7am or emailing. Poorly handled.
