Our room 209 had roaches it was dirty. My wife went to the closet dolar store and got cleaning supplies to clean our bathroom and sink. We are never booking again at this location.

People wanted to party all night and this is a small town, then the 2nd night someone decided to take off outside our room making noise in their car. The pool was out of order, the ice machine was out of order. They need to remodel this hotel as they don't sweep, mop or dust. The tub was scary but that's because they use one of those tub mats and it pulls up the enamel. No stopper in the tub or sink just open also scary. The ironing board had a big rip in it and the beds need to be replaced as you could feel the springs. And there were roaches. And someone likes to just stand and spit gum in the car lot. Not a pleasant stay at all.

Room was filthy and smelled terrible. Shower, shower curtain and floor were moldy. Toilet was dirty. There were dirty footprints from the door to the bathroom. There was something splattered on the floor by the nightstand and something spattered on the wall. Sheets had greasy stains and dirt spots. Asked if they had another room and the front desk clerk was too busy having a conversation on her cell phone to do much other than tell me to contact Expedia.

I didn't stay at that hotel because it stank of cigarettes and was filthy. It seems they rent to workers and clean it once a week. Dust everywhere. I need a refund.

Inlcuye desayuno y solo dan cafe y cereal de mal gustó.

I didn't like that my heat was not working in one room. I went to the office and got changed to another room and the heat was not working in there either. My 2 babies, 6 yr old, and I all ended up getting sick because it was so cold.

The manager Lisa is nasty to guests and actually got into a heated argument with me in front of my 3 yr old!

No microwave in the room mini fridge didn't work

The rooms all smelled like smoke and they were not clean at all. One room was infested with roaches. We changed rooms three times, each time cleaning behind the staff

When we got there we were told our room had been canceled due to no housekeeping

I was there a week, room was never cleaned, bed never made and the only way I got clean towels was to go to the desk. One of my worse stays ever, will not book again and definitely wouldn¿t recommend it to anybody.

Dirty room with one working light (none in the bathroom), black water sometimes coming from the faucet, and a lot of garbage around the premises.

The breakfast was very bad. Yogurt was outdated and the waffle batter was sour. We were disappointed.

Absolutely the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. Hadn¿t been cleaned in years, rooms are all smoke filled and bullet holes in the door. Needed a penicillin shot after my stay. The hotel sign, no refunds after 30 mins, need I say more.

Room dirty, non-smoking smell like smoking room, no cover in bathroom, no exhaust fan, no iron, only one hanger, no laundry bag. Floor sticking and dirty. Bedsheet not cleaned. No coffee in room. New paint is needed. This is room 122.
