It had a good breakfast menu. Staff were really nice. Facility is really old. Peeling wallpaper, bathtub had lots of wear and tear and for the price it was not worth it.

The lobby was clean. My room had an odor and dust was on the coffee maker and the ice bucket lid. Under the sink in the bathroom is very dusty. Bathtub needs to be replaced. Very discolored and nasty looking. Carpet needs shampoo.

One night stay here. The room we stayed in was very humid, and you could see where the ceiling had leaked & run down the walls. The ceiling on the 3rd floor hallway also had an active leak. We were in & out frequently, so we didn't really have time to ask for another room. The staff we dealt with were nice, and I know they had a tremendous amount of rain the previous week. I've stayed in worse places, but if I ever return to Americus, I won't be staying here.

This Hampton is very dated, and needs serious remodeling. Staff was good, however they knew a person wasn't a guest but ate multiple plates of breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel, plus constant weed smell from the Econo next door.

Convenient Lobby bathroom door would not shut, resulting in me peeing myself. Was not rectified during my stay. I found out it has been broken for months.

Desk clerk was very friendly and easy to talk with. She checked in with me on 2nd day of stay to make sure everything was okay and also asked if I needed anything, and if I did just ask.
