Sleep Inn & Suites Ames near ISU Campus

As always, my stay was wonderful. Great beds, clean room, excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. The toiletries available at the front desk is a great touch.

Location was easy to find. The desk staff was nice. The room was clean. They ran out of breakfast items while we were in line. The system was down so it didn't add my rewards. They furniture in the room was worn and dingy, the arm chair was stained.

First floor room across from spa/pool. Very good breakfast and good quality food. Room was not ready at my requested check-in time, but manager had another room ready for us quickly.

Need some air fresheners or something to eliminate or reduce the sweat smell from the exercise area. You can smell it just walking down the hall when no one is in the exercise room.

Close to ISU. Perfect for our freshmen orientation trip.

Breakfast was underwhelming and cleared out by the time we got down at 7:15. Staff was nice. Room was clean, would stay again and not use the Expedia app. I was stuck with a handicap room and had to quickly take a minute shower because anything longer would’ve flooded the entire bathroom. Not happy about that especially since I made this reservation well in advance.

Breakfast was okay, would have been great had there been biscuits ready. Arrived around 7am and no biscuits were ready. Otherwise quite good. Room located by stairwell are quite noisy.

The entire stay was fine. Parking was available near the entrance. The location near Highway 30 was very good for us, and the drive to restaurant for dinner was easy. The total cost for the stay was very pleasing. The breakfast was just okay. Of course we noticed that few motels on our trip had tasty breakfasts this year.
