the hotel itself was dirty. The walls were black, it smelled like mold, and the bed was yellow instead of white. The couch was not like in the pictures. It looks like they found it out in a dumpster. Also, they don’t answer their dang phone.This place is disgustingly bad! Don’t stay here. The pictures are false advertising..stay somewhere else! Do yourself a favor! This place is bad! I didn’t even stay here because it was horrible!

Well first of all the commode was loose and wably and there were no extra towels for us to use there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and there was no safety locks on the door it was broken we felt very insecure

There was no shower curtain, no TV remotes, room smelled like cigarettes.

Well when you are paying a cheap rate expect awful staff and disgusting hotel rooms. I did not imagine it would be that bad but it was pretty bad.

Good place on the way to San Diego from LAX, but don’t have any expectations.

This place is a dump!!!! Don't be fooled by the pictures. The rooms are so, so, so dirty. There was a cockroach in my room and therefore, I left. The staff said I could get a refund if I contacted Expedia but then told Expedia he won't issue a refund. So he was full of it to my face. This place needs to be closed down! So unsanitary and it's falling apart. Horrible .

Rooms were not very clean. Blinds can be dusted, the floors needed major mopping!! Walked around barefoot and feet turns dirt black in seconds. Saw one dead roach and one live roach during our stay and someone’s toe nail barely under the fridge next to the garbage bin. There also were no hair dryer and smoke alarm were removed so this was a major hazard not to mention no phones in any rooms at all if help is needed.

(Hair and stains everywhere), no housekeeping, broken toilet handle, holes in the walls, etc. Staff was unhelpful and difficult to get ahold of. Do NOT stay here.

I call to advise that we were running late but no one answered. When we arrived there was no one at the desk. We ended up getting a different place

Close to Disney, room was spacious but dirty, dusty and outdated.

Floor was dirty left socks black. Room was spacious. The bath tub was clogged they said they would fix it but never did. Pillow case had what looked like blood on it. Hair all over the blankets.

For the price I would have just considered paying another 40-80 for cleanliness and better amenities. My pillow had brown spots as if someone put the pillow between there cheeks almost like a underwear.

The photos of this hotel are misleading; in person, it resembles a motel rather than the property advertised. The room I was assigned had not been properly cleaned—there was hair in both the bathroom and on the bed. Staff had to re‑clean the room and replace the sheets, which caused an unnecessary delay during my check‑in.Later that night, individuals who appeared to be loitering were smoking in the hallways, creating an unsafe and uncomfortable environment. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this Hotel/Motel

It could be a culture attitude this people have with Americans but they all seem to have the same gesture with their clients

We booked for two night. End up staying only one night. If we checked earlier we might not sleep at that hotel at all. There are roaches in the bathroom. Mold by the sinks. The water too cool. There are too noisy. If you sleep on the first floor you can hear people walk on the second floor. Receptionist never pick up the phone. Not come back ever again!!!!!

The room was absolutely filthy. There was mold throughout the bathtub, the baseboards looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years, dresser drawers were missing, and the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. The list of issues goes on. I immediately went to the front desk to express my concerns. The employee offered me another room, but it was just as dirty and poorly maintained as the first one. I then contacted Expedia to request a refund. Expedia reached out to the property owner, but the owner refused to authorize a refund despite the condition of the rooms. I am currently working with Expedia to resolve this very disappointing experience. This property is a classic bait-and-switch. The photos do not accurately represent what you will actually receive. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else. Unless you're comfortable staying in filthy, poorly maintained accommodations, do not book this property.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and experienced multiple issues throughout our stay. Our first room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, so we requested a room change. The second room was better, but the bathroom had a hole in the wall, and the bathtub was clogged. We also found a large flying cockroach in the room and had to ask housekeeping for help. On top of that, management was rarely available when we needed assistance. Due to these ongoing issues, our stay was very disappointing.

Dirty rooms. Walls falling apart. Cockroaches killers all over the room on the floors along the walls. Domestic violence on this room, holes in the walls, cracked sinks and toilet bowls, no hot water in the shower. No amenities. Works if you just need a stop for one night, because there’s worse but not worth it if you actually have to stay in the room during the day.

The reception was helpful. Not the best looking place. Furniture is not the best either. Asked for some towels the next day never received. Overall a good place.
