We had ants in our bathroom sadly.

The front staff were very nice and the room we stayed in exceeded all expectations and was big for a great price.

Only stay here if you are on a strict budget and won't spend much time in the room. Needed a room for only one night. Front desk has plexiglass around it as well as multiple cameras overlooking it. Booked a room with 2 queen beds, which was confirmed on the paperwork we signed at the desk. However our room had 2 double beds. We checked in around midnight due to delayed flight, so we were too tired to make it an issue. Luckily got a room on the top/3rd floor and in the back where it was quieter. Hopefully you don't end up with a room at the beginning of the 1st floor where everyone walks by to get to the elevator. Also a couple rooms on the 2nd floor open directly over the lobby. Feels closer to a 2 star hotel and very dated. Would not stay again unless necessary. Many hotels/inns in the area. Only booked it since we only stayed on the properly less than 12 hours, so went cheap on the room.

Clean easy to access. Pool and hot tub were great. Hours of pool amenities could have been longer.

It was a nice boutique hotel. The beds were comfortable and the plumbing worked well. The A/C was excellent and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The stuff is so friendly

I arrived an hour early for check-in time around 2:30pm. It was blazing hot outside around 106 degrees and a guest lady in front of me easily checked into her room. I was told differently. I was told my room wasn't ready until 3pm. I responded to the gentleman at the front desk I would wait outside in my car while my room was being prepared. He offered to call me when my room was ready only, he never did. It was so hot my husband, my three year old, and myself included fell asleep in the car while waiting. I woke up at 315 and realized he never called me. When I approached the front desk, the same gentleman never acknowledged that he "lied" to me. When asked if my room was ready, he said yes but check in time was 3:30pm. Pointless to say my room was ready at 3pm to not call me as promised and to push me back to 330pm. This hotel check in and out hours are ridiculous! Most hotels allow check in 1/2 before and or at 3pm as set by their policy. BOOK somewhere else! Not worth it and the front desk clerks is ignorant with no empathy or common sense at all!!! Smiles on their faces and oblivious to your suffering.

Enough Parking. Clean pool. Staff very friendly. Good location.

I was sincerely surprised that this property was just like what it looked like online,especially for the great price. The staff was pleasant,the lobbywas clean. The room was clean and fresh . We also enjoyed the working hot tub and clean pool. Definitely will be coming back when we visit Knotts Berry farm.

The ice maker was not working and the pools need to be cleaned more often, lots of stuff floating in the water

This place was very clean and quiet even though next to the building there was a party going on, we didn’t hear anything and it was a nice experience

I have been traveling over 3 continents, over 300 hotels and motels stay. This place asked for $100 cash deposit or credit card deposit for damages. No problem, I gave front desk $100 cash deposit. Upon my check out. Clerk said, let me go check your room for any damages. She came back 10 mins later and took 2 pictures of a small towel. Showing me there was a small black mascara (dime size) on the corner of the towel. Yup, my 14 yr old daughter admitted that she indeed wiped on there since there was no tissue around the sink area. Clerk states that is a stain that cant be washed off. That it would cost $15 to be replaced. I was dumb founded. I said that would probably wash off with hot water. Never ever, a motel or hotel would even considering charging me for stained wash towel. I just didn't even argue after that comment. She then said "I WILL GIVE YOU A WARNING This time!" I started to laugh, like I was in elementary school getting in trouble and caught for chewing bubble gum. After spending over $328 for 3 day stay. Saturday night, they had an party event at the club house. Rear parking was full. We came back late, music was blasting and parking was full. I had to wait 10 minutes to find a spot. Would never stay there again.

It’s okay for the money but would recommend spending couple more and stay somewhere nicer.
