Everything went smoothly staff was attentive nice and the place was well kept

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: BREAKFAST options are slim within WALKING DISTANCE; 8TH HAUS CAFE (across the street) is busy, call in to order. The OC BUS LINE is $2.00. There is NO CROSSWALK/light for a block 1/2, be prepared to cross safely OR go to the corner of CVS. HAVE A GREAT STAY!

Our room was very clean & the hotel was very quiet

Clean, nice, but the parking lot is other one payment.

Our room door didn't want to open after leaving out things inside they gave us another room while they hired a handyman to open our original room. But we still couldn't shower without our clothes and I wasn't offered any kind of refund or extended stay at all. If budget is tight this hotel is OK But if U can go somewhere else

It’s a goob room but it just smelled weird my head started hurting but the ac help the odor go away but other than that it’s a good stay

stayed here for a disney trip and i absolutely loved this place so much! the staff was so nice and welcoming. 10/10 stay with how clean and how welcoming / relaxing the environment was

Needs major upgrades in the rooms and can’t reach front desk number

Unsupportive staff. Kept me waiting for 7 hrs in the lobby to get a room. Lobby rest rooms were password locked. Which was pretty inconvenient.

It was a very peaceful day. The room was very clean and the staff was polite. I had no issues at all. I like that day have 24 hour coffee and tea very clean, dining area, family friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying going California. It’s close to Disney Land and great restaurants.

The place was nice, clean and comfortable, but we all wished that there was outlets by the bed, we all had to plug our phones in across the room, other than that it was good.

This place is nice for the price and location. It’s an older place but the room was spacious and clean. I would stay here again especially if you are going to one of the theme parks near by. It’s much better than some of the properties I’ve stayed in that are a block from Disneyland.
