Clean room and the kitchen was very nice

The breakfast wasn’t great and mostly you needed to buy things from the kiosk which is as at higher price than target round the corner. There was a 15$ daily parking charge. It’s an authentic Mexican style hotel which looks like it was built by the Spanish when they ruled California but fortunately they have WiFi plumbing and electricity. The room is large with balcony and you have a full kitchen and utensils

Facility was nice and clean... grab a breakfast to go, was ok , would of been nice to have a continental breakfast... the pool looked nice and clean.... too bad we didn't get a chance to swim .... The only bad things i have to say is the first night we stayed it was LOUD you can hear everyone talk and all the noise with the baggage cart rolling on the tile floors was loud ... ( they do have a rug to minimize the noise ) and we were wondering why they left ear plugs in the room, now we know why lol and the Bathroom smelled like sewer.... I think the bathroom could of been a little bigger . Wasted space from the hallway to the bathroom ... Hard to change clothes when you have more than one person staying in the same room ... maybe put a door and close it off would have better reviews

Bit dated facility. Noisy past 2 AM

Room was spacious and staff was extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to make my nephew’s birthday trip special. Clean and well maintained throughout. Would stay here again!

The place was clean and was surprised by the oven. I enjoyed my stay.

large nicely-furnished room, complete kitchen, changing/makeup area with big mirror outside bathroom, comfortable bed, quiet breakfast could be better, it was a limited selection of prepackaged pastries and oatmeal, along with some fruit, coffee, and juice.

Oh shoot where to start. When we walked in, it didn’t feel like a hotel, it felt like the grandmother from encanto had personally designed the building. The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating and on time with everything that was requested. The insane convenience of this place being THIS CLOSE to Disney with the price that it was at was basically a fast pass on life. Our room was bigger than the pictures showed and we could have honestly housed all 5 NBA starters from the lakers with no complaints. Will return. Will be back. Will always write a review. 11/10 highly recommend.

I saw roach in the bathroom closet

Atmosphere, friendly staff, hotel amenities. Beds were a bit firm for my liking and pillows were not downfeather which cause my allergies to act up. Hotel was able to provide me with an alternative and saved the trip!

It’s was actually a very nice place. There was a certain smell to it but it wasn’t bad. Overall me and my husband enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights. And the black curtains made sleeping in very comfortable! And the ac works perfectly!

Parking was convenient. Felt very homey.

The location was very good. A nice neighborhood, plenty of food options and supermarkets around and very close to Disneyland. The staff were kind and helpful. The housekeeping policy. They only do it for every third day or something like that and that meant we only got it once during a 6-night stay. We could get clean towels when we asked but the room was not cleaned daily and I believe daily housekeeping is the main advantage of hotels over Airbnb apartments. They should definitely reconsider this policy.

My husband and I loved the unique design of the hotel! Location and amenities were pretty average. Walls are definitely not sound proof so we could hear mostly each of our neighbors.

Hotel Pepper Tree was okay. It was a good value for the money. Had a kitchen with all the things you need. Closets for hanging clothes and a dressing room area. Had a little couch in living room and a patio. The hallway is noisy. But that’s not the hotels fault. It’s the guest staying that are rude. What I really disliked was it was very hot and the air conditioning did not work. The room was uncomfortable. And the bed..was not comfortable at all. Both nights there, I couldn’t sleep. Instead of a plastic mattress cover they should have a nice thick topper for comfort. The area surrounding the hotel…kinda sketchy. Homeless walking through parking lot where we parked our car.
