What a gem! A perfect little place in the middle of Anaheim. We love Mexican Decor. However, don’t expect much for breakfast, except the coffee machine is top rate.

The swimming pool is so dirty, and their solution is simply to add too much chlorine. As a result, our eyes and skin became irritated. The room was infested with bed bugs, and we are still suffering from the bites and irritation even after leaving. While we were there, we heard guests complain about bed bugs twice and ask to be moved to a different room. There was also no proper room service. We stayed for three days, and every day I went to the reception to request room cleaning and fresh towels. They would say yes, but when we returned to the room, we found that nothing had been done.

Kitchen was nice and clean

The pictures and description of the hotel were misleading. The room smelled bad and there was a long hair in the bed sheet. We did not stay there we went to another hotel.

Mid, half the staff was super friendly, the other didn’t want to be bothered. Morning staff was the best! Downside, they don’t show you that it’s on a major road and there’s a restaurant there in the hotel parking lot, so you get a lot of traffic activity. It’s a beautiful restaurant but If Indian food smells bother you, please note that it’s strong in that area. As previously mentioned in other comments, they do not offer a breakfast option, it’s packaged pastry which are subpar. There is a kitchen, they could offer an actual breakfast, I am hoping they would listen to the majority of complaints about this and make a change either with wording or breakfast options. These downsides should not be a deal breaker. This is definitely the best price for a wonderful hotel and great experience! Convenient travel point for all the places we wanted to visit with all the necessary amenities. Definitely stay again!

I love the decor, room size, beds, everything. Staff was ok. Breakfast was minimal. Parking cost was not good.

I enjoyed my stay there. Such a convenient place for a traveling family of 4 with a 6 month old baby. I would stay there again in my next visit.

Cons: Not clean, our tub was dirty and had bugs, the room smelled terrible, old hotel needs lots of updating and maintenance. Cheap rates=you get what you pay for

Property was humid overall. Staff was not pleasant. We chose this place because it looked quaint and the pics were deceiving. Stayed 1 night only and will not return.
