Everything was perfect. Rooms were clean

The staff is the best and only good characteristic of this hotel. They DO NOT offset the negatives for this hotel. I made reservations for five nights and only stayed for one miserable night. THE FRONT DESK IS ENCLOSED WITH BULLET-PROOF GLASS! This hotel is extremely dated and worn: Southwest decor from the1970s. The elevator makes groans and tissue paper poses as your room's walls. There was continuous movement outside, even at 2AM. People were walking, riding bikes and skateboarding ALL night. The appliances in the kitchen were clean and worked.

Muy cozy el hotel. Buena ubicación y muy limpio

This hotel has so much personality and the rooms are comfortable. We had a nice view of the fireworks for the fourth. The pool is sufficient. It is a good location between theme parks and close to lots of good restaurants/bakeries. Will stay here again.

It’s very cute and located across from a super market. The room has a kitchen with utensils. Like a studio. Has small patio to sit at even tho it faces the parking lot. But the washing machine is across the street kind of sketchy area. Pool is small.

I like the breakfast room best. It offers coffee, tea, hot water, drinking water, along with continental breakfast. The bathroom fixtures need updating.

The staff were supportive, friendly and professional. The property is gorgeous. Our room was beautiful, clean and had so much room. Our air conditioner wasn't functioning properly all week. We had to switch rooms due to it flooding our room and sounding like it was going to explode. Not the hotels fault, things happen. They refunded our parking money back, which we didn't ask for or expect. It was a nice gesture from them. The closet space of our room was beyond our expectations. We had lots of luggage and it fit it all. Eating on our balcony in the morning was wonderful. We also took advantage of the grill poolside. It was fantastic they even supplied us with grilling utensils and pool towels. I will definitely be staying here again next year when we come back.

Minimal Breakfast Options (packaged muffins) Pool is good size, nice patio with BBQ Beds are quality, but firm Quiet property, neighborhood feels safe Great Value for what you get Simple 10 minute drive to Disneyland parking garage. Parking is plentiful with low daily fee A great value for families. Kitchenettes are helpful as well, bath room is small, but sufficient.

The friendly staff, the breakfast, the pool, the decor. Nothing

Overall a lovely experience. Wish you would have oatmeal as a breakfast option.

The room was clean but it had an order of stale. Breakfast was coffee and cereal. Parking g was not included

Location was great

The patio was nice. It is a short distance from Disney. There is no dedicated shuttle, but I think it's a great unique choice for a hotel to stay if visiting for a Disney trip!!

We loved our suite, the coffee station, and the pool. The breakfast options are lacking. The neighborhood isn’t the best. But they do have a nighttime security guard and are vigilant about running a tight ship safety wise.

Would love to have a option of already prepared hot food but didn’t mind because of the stores we were around
-
It would have been nice to have complimentary water bottles and cups in the room. Other hotels offer that
