Would not recommend

Nothing Everything. The pool was dirty with cigarettes and just trash floating around and when we asked if it was available the worker said yes. The rooms were really dirty the sink was broken the shower was nasty.

I liked the space and the area it was in since we were going to Disneyland. I liked there were food places and gas stations nearby. It was old and quite dirty. The bed sheets some were stained and had like hair on them. The towels as well from the bathroom. We got a non smoking floor but it smelled like cigarettes in there. In general it wasn’t very tidy and seemed like something cheap just to get by. It also felt unsafe because the locks didn’t work, it was hard to sleep the first night because of the noise of people outside the rooms. For the quality of it the rooms were pricey. But comparisons to nice hotels it was a more cost efficient place to stay.

Best customer service I have ever had . Absolutely accommodating and very kind. Rooms are very clean and beds comfortable. Love the fact they have the best cable channels too. Lots of movie channels. Nothing. I don’t have anything negative to say

Location was horrible. Felt not safe and once we got in the room there were holes on the comforter and walls dirty. Broken bathroom door. There was a dead roach and insect repellent. Once I saw more the the room. I had to call booking.com to cancel reservation. Owner came out to talk to me about the room I felt like the people that stayed there came out.

Location from knotts and Disney. The property inside and outside was very dirty! Dirty beds, walls with dirt and grime all over them, people doing drugs outside the rooms, and my family did not feel safe.

Nothing very bad. No parking space, doors had tape on them, smelled like smoke, bed was hard and started getting itchy. Floor was super dirty.

There was a bed and a lockable door. The management was rude when I informed him the first room reeked of smoke when I stepped in. The new room had unfinished painted ceilings, there were cigarette burns all over the blankets, the towels were all discolored, and the microwave reeked.
