Best Budget Inn Anaheim

Nothing at all, HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!! Would give this place zero stars if I could, the owners were disgusting, vile, rude and unprofessional throughout the whole time. I had questions & concerns about my reservation and the lady immediately became impatient, rude & started getting hostile saying I was wasting her time by asking questions. They then put me in a room right next to the office where I feel they assumed I was a crook and treated me like one possibly due to my skin color. I asked if there was another room I could switch to knowing there were 2 occupancies available as said on booking.com… Of course my request was denied and met with yelling. I wasn't entitled to any privacy whatsoever. then when I get to the room, it was filthy, had bed bugs, sheets weren't even clean at all, refrigerator was leaking, & AC had mold etc. & last but not least to top it off, when it was time for check out, I was denied my 100 deposit due to the "no visitor policy" being violated which I was unaware of & still there were no damages to the room, I didn't smoke in the room and left the room cleaner than I found it and they still couldn't reimburse me a dime of my deposit. this racist corrupt family owned business are the real crooks & thieves. They are SCAMMERS & will find any reason to keep the $100 deposit for any minor reason. I wished I read more into the reviews because they are everything these reviews say they are if not worse. Worst experience I ever had with a motel everrr!!! They definitely won't be getting my business anymore. Believe these reviews & DO NOT BOOK with them....stay far away from them. It will save you from a horrific experience!!! You been warned.

Nothing, parking was difficult at best, the room was substandard, and the owners are dishonest and will confiscate the $100 cash deposit for nothing. The hotel asked for a $100 deposit explaining that it was to cover the loss of the room key. When I checked out, I was told that I had a visitor and that the $100 deposit would not be returned. I believe I had booked the room for two people and there were never more than two people in the room at anytime. I did an experiment on booking.com and discovered that the daily rate for two people was $10 higher than the rate for one person. These people are dishonest. Additionally, the rooms are less than mediocre, no ice or cups were available in the room, no coffee pot was available.

Nothing it was a scam with no advanced notice of cash deposit required. Booking was of no help and refused to take note that they did not properly display this information

Nothing I didn't get my deposit back the owners gave me a room in front of the office, they made me feel like they had to keep an eye on me like I was some type of crook , they made me feel uncomfortable. They had a hostile attitude from the moment I checked in
