Great value for my budget . best family all you got to do is just follow the rules. it's quiet no riff Raff.

great people running it very clean comfortable rooms nice and quiet nice beds nothing really

Place was clean,a/c worked great. Room had a microwave and mini fridge that both worked. Big enough T.V. Bathroom was very clean and had a blow dryer. The price was the best (lowest) in town. And its near Knotts Berry Farm theme park. I would definitely recommend and repeat my stay. I dont have anything negative to say. If anything just be prepared to leave a refundable 100$ deposit when checking in. obviously take care of your room and youll get your deposit back.

Nothing They scam you out of money, there were roaches and they go into your room without permission

place to shower room was not properly cleaned. There was food still inside my fridge. Towels were grey. There was a locked door in my room which made me feel super uncomfortable and unsafe I did not end up sleeping in my room.

Leaving. The staff was so rude. Forget the price it was honestly the staff that ruined my time there . Customer service is a word missing from their dictionary.
