Holiday Inn Express Anaheim West by IHG

I loved the service

I liked that everything was clean and that the front desk was very friendly

I loved my stay there

Managers and owners need to treat staff and guest well not to have a hot building without AC or any type of comfort to come into your establishments. I communicated to one of the managers and they don’t care about customers as well as their staff members. I will not recommend this to no hotel or no one to go to this hotel until they fix these problems and issues

Excellent front desk and staff

When we got to the property, our handicap accessible room hadn’t been cleaned, but yet they still gave us the key to it. Beds run made towels everywhere on the floor. Someone’s old ice chest was in there. They couldn’t accommodate us with another handicap room so they put us in a room with a tub, my husband‘s an amputee we struggle to get in and out of the shower I booked through Hotels.com and they still took an additional hundred dollars out even though the night was paid for four days later I’ve not received my deposit back uncap smelt moldy floors were filthy.

Very comfortable and clean

Clean room breakfast buffet delicious staff good costumer service

lobby too hot

The room was excellent! The room was very quiet. The person who checked us in put us in a room close to ramps so that I could use my walker. Loved the fact that we didn't have to pay to park. The room was very clean and we loved the fact that there was a microwave and mini fridge! The beds were comfy but way too soft for my taste. I would suggest that they clean the hall carpets. Very stained. I would also like to suggest that they keep the pool open until 10 pm. We didn't get to utilize the pool because we got there so late. Breakfast was great! Grandson had the pancakes. He loved watching them cook. Plenty of eggs, & sausage, different kinds of bread. Kitchen staff was super, super nice! Everything in the area of the food buffet was kept full. There were numbers painted in the parking spaces that confused us. Because we got lost on the freeways, (we drove around for hours trying to find Beach Blvd.) we were unable to explore our surroundings. We went to sleep, got up the next morning, had breakfast & then had to leave for the next destination. I felt really bad for the workers there because lobby conditioner wasn't working. It was very uncomfortable. I WOULD stay there again!

Everything was amazing

I really like the property the room is super clean and the staff is very friendly and the most i like it the breakfast is buffet and the rook is super freezing

My initial rooms had a terrible odor. The staff did a great job of putting me in different rooms as soon as I alerted them to the situation. Every thing else was good.

Make up landscaping so outside will look nicer

The front desk staff was very welcoming and personable. The room was very clean and the bed was one of the best we've slept on in a while in a hotel. The only critique we have is that there was a previous hole in the wall near the towel rack that was patched up with plaster but was never painted to match the rest of the wall - therefore there was a long white patched area on a green wall.

We arrived from out if state, NO RESERVATIONS, EVEN THOUGH I HAD A CONFIRMATION. The young girl behind counter thought it was funny, kept repeating herself, Sorry we are full, sorry we are full! I said I have the confirmation right here, where are we to go with my 83 yr old mother at 11pm. Sorry we are full. I asked who she suggests we find a room at this hour with your Oversold status. I have no idea, sorry we are full. I was dumbfounded, left on my own with my elderly mom, no where to go in a city i was not familiar with attending a family funeral. NEVER, WILL I EVER ISE HOLIDAY INN AGAIN OR YOUR APP!!!!

Excellent choice clean quiet comfortable will stay here again

Our stay was great room clean breakfast was fabulous there was different options on what to have and management did me a huge favor of letting me park the car after I checked out of my room so I wouldn’t have to pay 40dollars at knotts berry farm for parking That was amazing thank you guys so much I definitely recommend this place I will be staying here in the future

They had canceled my room and sold it to someone else. They did not have a room for me. I had to go somewhere else with two kids and my elderly mom. May I please get a refund. thank you.

Not bad for price and location no homeless around
