Everything was amazing

I really like the property the room is super clean and the staff is very friendly and the most i like it the breakfast is buffet and the rook is super freezing

My initial rooms had a terrible odor. The staff did a great job of putting me in different rooms as soon as I alerted them to the situation. Every thing else was good.

Make up landscaping so outside will look nicer

The front desk staff was very welcoming and personable. The room was very clean and the bed was one of the best we've slept on in a while in a hotel. The only critique we have is that there was a previous hole in the wall near the towel rack that was patched up with plaster but was never painted to match the rest of the wall - therefore there was a long white patched area on a green wall.

We arrived from out if state, NO RESERVATIONS, EVEN THOUGH I HAD A CONFIRMATION. The young girl behind counter thought it was funny, kept repeating herself, Sorry we are full, sorry we are full! I said I have the confirmation right here, where are we to go with my 83 yr old mother at 11pm. Sorry we are full. I asked who she suggests we find a room at this hour with your Oversold status. I have no idea, sorry we are full. I was dumbfounded, left on my own with my elderly mom, no where to go in a city i was not familiar with attending a family funeral. NEVER, WILL I EVER ISE HOLIDAY INN AGAIN OR YOUR APP!!!!

Excellent choice clean quiet comfortable will stay here again

Our stay was great room clean breakfast was fabulous there was different options on what to have and management did me a huge favor of letting me park the car after I checked out of my room so I wouldn’t have to pay 40dollars at knotts berry farm for parking That was amazing thank you guys so much I definitely recommend this place I will be staying here in the future

They had canceled my room and sold it to someone else. They did not have a room for me. I had to go somewhere else with two kids and my elderly mom. May I please get a refund. thank you.

Not bad for price and location no homeless around

Door was stiff and did not open with the card, had to ask for help to open and they pushed the door with some force to get it to open. Door did not lock when leaving the room. Was unsafe due to having to leave luggage in the room with the door open while getting the rest of the luggage. Also had kids and felt unsafe with the door like this. Parking was limited/tight and no loading zone. The front person was friendly and helpful though.

The elevator wasn’t working

The hotel was very clean and breakfast was available every morning and hot!

Thank you for a great stay

My complaints was the breakfast bar did not offer many choices . The first morning they had no salt and the eggs were bland . They offered no milk alternatives for those of us who can’t drink cows milk. Overall the experience was good ! And would say if you are looking for an affordable stay this property is that .

We loved our stay at the Holiday Inn. The only thing that we did not like was that one of the pillows smelt like wet dog. I understand pets are allowed, but it was bothersome so we had to take that pillow off the bed. Other than that it was great. My son had a blast at the pool and I was able to get up early and have breakfast each morning.

Rooms were okay, exterior , hallways and elevator were very dirty. Area was a bit shady. No coffee in the room.
