Holiday Inn Express Anaheim West by IHG

They had canceled my room and sold it to someone else. They did not have a room for me. I had to go somewhere else with two kids and my elderly mom. May I please get a refund. thank you.

Not bad for price and location no homeless around

Door was stiff and did not open with the card, had to ask for help to open and they pushed the door with some force to get it to open. Door did not lock when leaving the room. Was unsafe due to having to leave luggage in the room with the door open while getting the rest of the luggage. Also had kids and felt unsafe with the door like this. Parking was limited/tight and no loading zone. The front person was friendly and helpful though.

The elevator wasn’t working

The hotel was very clean and breakfast was available every morning and hot!

Thank you for a great stay

My complaints was the breakfast bar did not offer many choices . The first morning they had no salt and the eggs were bland . They offered no milk alternatives for those of us who can’t drink cows milk. Overall the experience was good ! And would say if you are looking for an affordable stay this property is that .

We loved our stay at the Holiday Inn. The only thing that we did not like was that one of the pillows smelt like wet dog. I understand pets are allowed, but it was bothersome so we had to take that pillow off the bed. Other than that it was great. My son had a blast at the pool and I was able to get up early and have breakfast each morning.

Rooms were okay, exterior , hallways and elevator were very dirty. Area was a bit shady. No coffee in the room.

Terrible experience. Avoid this place.The Wi-Fi was incredibly slow and constantly disconnected, making it impossible to work from hotel room. To make matters worse, I found a cockroach and spiders in my room. The complimentary breakfast was also a letdown; they ran out of wheat bread and sautéed potatoes after the first day, leaving only white bread for the rest of my stay. Disappointing and unhygienic.

Everything was great

When I see Holiday Inn I love it, I had great experience before in Nicaragua WONDERFUL, Canadà and other Cities very happy. BUT this Holiday Inn Express, the Pool was nice, small but great for up to 6ft deep and clean, good after weather was super hot and humid. Then after came back around 11pm from Knott'sBerryFarm4th of July celebration, my experience were SCARY AND SUPER FRUSTRATED! On the 3rd floor, the door entrance and on the floor was a HUGE ROACH I got a pain in my heart after the phobias, my son and myself when down stairs and beg the front desk and told me she was not able to go there until finish helping the other customers and finally her helper front desk arrived and we all went upstairs but the roach left, they offered me to move I said YES PLEASE! I DID but for any reason our door key card as well other customers had the same problem, when were there I see another HUGE ROACH coming from the dinning area to the front desk, I said Oh My God!!! See this coming roach! One of the customers was able to kill it and this morning I told needs fumigation on the Hotel, she told me YES was addressed to maintenance to do that! The bed great and the pool very clean and nice, but I see needs to do some repair on the doors and walls but more important FUMIGATION ON THE HOTEL! We decided it not to eat the buffet breakfast, after see 2 roaches upstairs and next to the tablets to eat downstairs.
