I was extra charged instead of charging $125 they charged $169 a night be careful next time when booking.

Gym not good berly dumb bells, food bad run out and didn’t have more potatoes don’t even have syrup for pancakes, room don’t even make bed just take trash and put towels

Terrible experience. Avoid this place.The Wi-Fi was incredibly slow and constantly disconnected, making it impossible to work from hotel room. To make matters worse, I found a cockroach and spiders in my room. The complimentary breakfast was also a letdown; they ran out of wheat bread and sautéed potatoes after the first day, leaving only white bread for the rest of my stay. Disappointing and unhygienic.

Everything was great

When I see Holiday Inn I love it, I had great experience before in Nicaragua WONDERFUL, Canadà and other Cities very happy. BUT this Holiday Inn Express, the Pool was nice, small but great for up to 6ft deep and clean, good after weather was super hot and humid. Then after came back around 11pm from Knott'sBerryFarm4th of July celebration, my experience were SCARY AND SUPER FRUSTRATED! On the 3rd floor, the door entrance and on the floor was a HUGE ROACH I got a pain in my heart after the phobias, my son and myself when down stairs and beg the front desk and told me she was not able to go there until finish helping the other customers and finally her helper front desk arrived and we all went upstairs but the roach left, they offered me to move I said YES PLEASE! I DID but for any reason our door key card as well other customers had the same problem, when were there I see another HUGE ROACH coming from the dinning area to the front desk, I said Oh My God!!! See this coming roach! One of the customers was able to kill it and this morning I told needs fumigation on the Hotel, she told me YES was addressed to maintenance to do that! The bed great and the pool very clean and nice, but I see needs to do some repair on the doors and walls but more important FUMIGATION ON THE HOTEL! We decided it not to eat the buffet breakfast, after see 2 roaches upstairs and next to the tablets to eat downstairs.

am very disappointed with my stay. We paid extra for a room with two queen beds but were given one king bed instead. The room had a bad odor, the shower design was unsafe and I almost slipped several times, and tonight I found a large cockroach in the room. I paid for a clean, safe, and comfortable stay, but this experience has been unacceptable and I am unable to sleep. I request an immediate solution and appropriate compensation.and whole refund for my money

Newly renovated and friendly staff, but in a very questionable area and right off a loud street. Would not stay at again.

First of all the check in process was fine Second of all they are trying to update the property and that's a good sign Room are clean and smells good But my main reason for this review is based on the way the staff handle situation with the breakfast The staff new it is father's day weekend so they were going to be busy they new that the milk ran out on Sunday father's day so on Monday morning I saw a father and his son walk to the breakfast room the little boy got cereal when they went to the icebox for milk there was nothing I went to the front office and notified the staff and that's when I heard the staff laugh and blaming each other for not picking up the milk When I went back to my table I saw this young boy with a cup of water and his father trying to have eat the cereal because the father didn't want to waste the food. It's sad to me because my parents were the same way about not wasting food Buy time i got back up to go to a store near by the father and son got up and looked like they were leaving My question is were is the manager if I was employed with this hotel I would of go and get it myself that's how you show you care about the people that pays your wages. This manager needs to train his staff about caring for customers You have knots berry farm down street and Disneyland a few miles away great locations on Beach Blvd Holiday Inn have to do better

Friendly staff, property needs little more updates on the structure, rooms looks clean and breakfast was good

The room was clean and in good condition. The staff were friendly. Air conditioning was great. When we walked into the room it was so fresh. We took a dip in the pool which was very clean. Then we had a quick workout in the fitness center. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
