Everything! It was dirty, it was loud and overall just disgusting! People were talking loudly, playing basketball and bumping music almost all hours of the night while I was trying to sleep. I will NEVER be going to that hotel again!

Cockroaches and bugs in the room when I opened the door. I counted at least 4. The room smelled of smoke. I immediately went to the front desk asking for a full refund and they told me to do it through Booking.com, where I made my reservation. I am still trying to get my money back. Room is in a sketchy part of town, with lots of riffraffs

It was nasty roaches everywhere

This was by far the worst hotel I've stayed at. The walls were filthy the floors were filthy. And on top of that I must have squashed at least 30 cockroaches in the room they were crawling all over the bed they were on the walls in the bathroom. I went to the front desk and asked if I could change rooms and he said there was nothing he could do. I couldn't sleep at all last night out of fear I was gonna have cockroaches crawling all over me. This was so disgusting I'm appalled that the owner actually lets people stay in these conditions. The whole building needs to be fumigated it straight up is the definition of a roach coach motel I want a refund. I have pics of the cockroaches I've already spoken to Expedia about this. The room was way over charged for the condition it was in. I hope management will do the right thing and refund my money.

The place was filthy. Infested with roaches and not so great people hanging around outside. Shower head was broke mold in walls. The fridge wasnt clean and had alot of rust inside. I will NOT be staying again even tho it was cheap.

The dirtiest and most disgusting room I’ve ever seen. The entire place reeks of cigarettes because people are constantly smoking everywhere, and it’s so loud that getting any sleep is basically impossible. There was also prostitution going on, which was extremely disturbing and made the whole place feel unsafe and disgusting.And don’t even get me started on the actual room. It was absolutely filthy. Cockroaches everywhere, curtains that looked like they had literally been spray-painted, damaged and dirty walls, trash all over the place, and the overall condition was beyond unacceptable. If you look behind the bed, you’ll find a disgusting mess full of bugs, animals, and trash.I genuinely did not feel comfortable sleeping there at all. This place needs a serious deep cleaning and major renovation. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, even if it were free.

The moment you enter the hotel premises the entire area is reaking with some kind of weird smoke smell all around. Once we enter the room unbearable pungent smell. Mi kids can't even were able to breathe. I went out and got some room spray and hotel not able to take care of it. Later once we settle down with our luggage we see bugs and cockroach everywhere. Hotel staff is like we will refund go find another place if you dont like it. Toilets are very dirty. In the middle of the we couldn't go anywhere so we calmed down the kids and make them sleep. But we adults couldn't even sleep. Next day I asked them to fix the problem. They said they can refund my money if I check out. So I checked out and they cheated us and held our 50% of our 3 day stay reservation. Even booking.com.couldnt help. Worst experience

The room was alright. Not the cleanest place and obvious signs of needing more cleaning time and cleaning products, however not unusable. There were a few visible tiny cockroaches that scared me. Air conditioning worked well and lights worked and bed was with clean sheets and pillows. The TV didn’t connect. I didn’t have a remote either. Front desk was quick to check in and check out was quick too. Free WiFi included with cheaper room rate and parking and they do have a pool at this place. For a much cheaper rate compared to most motels, it was good. The water was clean and shower got hot water and good pressure too. The towels provided were clean and smelled clean. Parking was easy and included. There are plenty of food places in the area too.
