Calico Motel

We really liked the location of this motel. A 5-10 minute drive to Knott’s Berry Farm, Porto’s and the theme restaurants in Buena Park.

Dirty floor and torn bed sheets with dirty pillows as well as stinking smell when u entry into the room. But cheapest motel In town.

The room was smelly, shower head was rusted and it was too high to be able to adjust it, toilet flushing was very slow and was out of order. I just don't recommend this property to anyone due to poor maintenance. The check in office was very smelly.

The hotel was probably okay but that wasn't my charger and I was crowded by somebody that I barely knew saying it was her account when it was actually mine she did it on my phone she lied and stole from me

Avoid this place at all costs first off the room smell like nicotine the bed looked like a 5-year-old had done it and the room just plain look dirty when I went to the front reception guy I asked him if he had another room because the one we got smelled like cigarettes he gave me another room same thing literally next door to the one we had originally got smelled like cigarettes the bed look like someone just got out of it by that time I was already irritated when I went to ask if I can get a refund he said no because we paid online so I just at that point decided to find somewhere else and take the loss as these rooms were completely disgusting he tried one more time gave me a room upstairs in the corner above the office saying that was the best room I will say it did not smell as much but it's still was crap I don't know how else to put it avoid this place at all costs spend an extra $50 if you have to unless you like sleeping in filth and this is the place for you.

Parking was good and a/c worked fine

Had someone left over food in the microwave, hot water didnt work in the lavatory sink. Hot water in shower would have low pressure on the hot side.

Better than expected, clean and quiet and love the extra touch of blue lighting available in the restroom and sink area

Beware of the bed bugs!

The customer service was perfect nice friendly staff

Hotels cheap did not expected to be great but i did expected to be somewhat decent. Bed sheets and pillows dirty with nail polish. Bedsheets had cigarettes burns. The bathrooms toilet was almost breaking. Very dirty walls. Staff was decent.

Calico Hotel has been my home for six months now. My room is always clean, with a very comfortable bed. I wish that there were some better restaurants close by. It is in close proximity to Knott's Berry Farm and Soak City, and other attractions.
