Our recent stay was satisfactory. The location offers excellent convenience for accessing Knott's Berry Farm, and a wide array of dining and retail options are readily available. Parking facilities were adequate, particularly during our weekday visit. While the room accommodations were somewhat modest, we experienced a restful night's sleep. The beds, however, lacked optimal comfort. The room's decor appeared dated and the lighting was subdued. We were provided with a television, microwave, and refrigerator. Please note, seating options such as chairs or a sofa were not present. The bathroom towels were not particularly soft. Breakfast service was not included.

Just the location The room was dirty the couch and the beds had old uncomfortable beds and the bed linens had cigarette holes so gross .

Asked to extend my stay and they told me to do it in the morning. Then I go to extend my stay and they try to charge me more. Horrible service

Good place to stay for it being very affordable. Room is very clean and the staff our very helpful. Highly recommend.

We did not stay there. The hotel smells so bad like many years heavy smoking. My wife refuse to stay there. And we requested a non-smoking room. The whole room just smell bad.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's an economically priced hotel great for checking in, dropping off your things, and then heading out for other activities in the area. Fairly calm/quiet area with plenty of parking.

The only highlight was the room itself—it was decently clean and comfortable. Parking was free, which was convenient. However, once I walked into my room, I didn’t feel like going outside. The surrounding area felt unsafe and unwelcoming, and unfortunately, I left without any good memories of my stay.

Everything was there,clean too and had a great stay at this place. Will book again in the future!

Smelly. I think it was cigarette smell

The Room Was Half Cleaned. Bed Sheets Were Filthy And When You Lift Up The Covers From The Bed Theres A Bunch Of Little Trash, Crumbs And Wood Chips On The Bed. Bed Was Torn Up From The Sides. I Was Itchy The Whole Time Being There. Towels Smelled Funky. I Was There For 2 Nights Because I Booked Ahead Of Time And I Got No Room Service Whatsoever. Sad To Say That Will Be My Last Time Going There. It Was Bad 😩😩😩😩😩

There’s roach in the room, the sofa bed is worn out, everything is old and outdated. The ac blows cold air though. I can hear the sound from the adjacent room. Parking is ok.

Good overall except i didnt read on any place that i was going to get charge 50 dollars cash to check in beside the charge id already got paid for the room hopefuly i get my 50 back if dont i dont think is a polizy or i dont know if happens to somebody else be careful peaplo

You get exactly what you pay for. A bed and a shower directly across from Knott’s Berry. No frills, no pool on site, our tv was missing the power cord lol. It did what we needed to do considering we were just at the hotel to sleep and take a shower before the park.
