Knott's Hotel

The front desk staff were helpful and nice. We used the shuttle to and from Disneyland which was nice, but it was over 20 mins late in leaving the hotel. However, we had a good time and a safe trip each way. The pool and spa were very clean nice however the amount of small unsupervised children splashing and jumping into the spa was a bit off putting. I understand that it is a family hotel but 3 adults and 7 or 8 younger children splashing around the 3 times I went to get in the spa was a little too much. I know the sign stated that children under 14 need to be supervised but their parents were not around.

Great place close to the park. We came back for a break before staying till close.

Charging $$ for water is awful. What do you pay for? I would never stay here again.

I loved the pool and the water station. Staff was on top about putting clean towels for guest. Staff were kind. Housekeeping was kind to ask if we needed anything. Overall it was great.

My biggest gripe was the TV was atrocious. The picture was super dark that you couldn't watch any shows that were not animated. It also was not a smart TV so we couldn't log in to any streaming service. You had to watch what ever happened to be on cable, so we watched the Disney channel all night. After a long day at the water park we just wanted to relax and watch a movie with the kids and could not. This is a major oversite from a recently "renovated" hotel.

We ate at the restaurant once. Ther service was as slow as molasses. Really slow. Not worth the 70 bucks we were charged. I chose this property because it is close to the theme park. everything in Knott's theme park is ridiculously priced. The only benefit was the discount on the tickets, but I doubt I will return to Knotts. I could just park nearby and shop at the outlets located outside the theme park. I was in town for a funeral, and I wanted to do something nice for my kids in between. At this point, I doubt I will not return to this area. Santa Barbara was much nicer, cheaper, and I did not have to pay the hotel for parking. (eyeroll). Sad to see what this place is becoming.

Great stay! Check in was easy, the room was clean and decent size and the AC worked great! I loved that they have a Starbucks on property and a couple restaurants. Beautiful hotel, will stay here again!

Great staff, clean room, and great location

It was next door to Kntt's Berry Farm. The staff kept our rooms clean and well-supplied.

My family loves staying here when we go to Knott’s Berry Farm. It’s clean and we can get connecting rooms. And it’s a quick easy walk to the amusement park!

Great, close to attractions!

This hotel looked good in photos but the first floor room smelled like mildew, had no windows to air it out, had a dead roach by morning and and no microwave on premises! If you plan the stay a while and try and save some money, this is it the hotel for you. I would not stay there again.
