Well the lady at the front desk snapped at me to wait in the long line after I received my text, so I go to the long line. Then another lady at the SAME desk Tells all of us who got the text to go directly to the desk. The rooms are ok. Small fridges, wall unit AC, the hotel is close to the park but we’re never coming back.

Room was very clean and well air conditioned. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Glad the pool area did not close early. We spent the day at Knotts Berry farm with our 6 yr old grandson and then came back to the hotel to swim for a few hours. We all had such a great time.

Rooms were clean, pool stays open till 11pm, there’s a gym. convenient stay after a fun day at knotts and a nice walk to and from .

The pool/spa area was cleaned and maintained daily and stocked with fresh towels daily. The coffee/bar area were great for a quick morning coffee before heading out for daily adventures. I had requested an early check in due to our flight landing at 10am, but unfortunately the request was unable to be met. However they were able to hold our luggage securely while we waited for the 4pm check in. We took a walk around the area and then had lunch on property at the 30 archer which was subpar. Ordered the chicken tender slider and the tenders were dry and over cooked and the biscuits were hard and burned and crumbly. The spinach artichoke dip had an odd taste to it (heavy on a vinegar taste) to which the waitress even agreed it seemed "off" the saving grace were the onion rings that..ironically were the only thing not made in house. The service was absolutely amazing the food...not so much. I received the text our room was ready (we were able to get in before the 4pm check in by getting in cue) and went up to un pack. The room was nice the bed was soft and thank goodness the AC was already running!! Now the one thing I can say is that the hotel was definitely jam packed with a dance camp, a cheer camp and a track camp!! The hotel was "over run" by teens and coaches and parents! I say that only to say, I heard NOTHING! They were all respectful of the space! It was a great experience over all!

Great staff and ideal location to Knott’s. The restaurant was very good! Great experience, will definitely be back.
