Great location, comfortable , had good AC Bathtub was dirty or stained . Elevator needed a refresh, was pretty beat up inside

Rooms are very outdated and smell like mold/smoke. Staff was very helpful and polite. Pool was fun for the kids enough lounge chair for everyone and pretty chill. Hotel is big has much potential and walking distance to a lot!

How close is to the shows It was outage and dirty

The main problem is the ac didn't work. It was 85 degrees in the room most of the stay. It only went down to 81, because it rained in the night. A repair man came. He said he was going to look on the roof and return. He never came back. I went to the front desk again, someone came and said they couldn't do anything because the repair man was gone.

Low end, a bunch of gangster dudes carrying their cases of beer back to their rooms, did not feel safe or clean.

It was perfect for our trip to visit family we used the pool cause it was such a hot day and our family doesn’t have a pool at they place the AC in the room was ice cold room was clean fridge works great for all the leftovers from all the great restaurants around

The first room I was assigned had a smoke detector chirping continuously because of a dead battery. That should have been addressed before the room was ever assigned to a guest. I was moved to a second room, only to find the thermostat didn’t work, making it impossible to control the temperature. I was exhausted and unwilling to move for a third time. The second room also had a defective door lock. I was only able to secure the room using the upper security latch, which is a serious safety concern. Housekeeping was equally unacceptable. My bed wasn’t made, my towels weren’t replaced, and the room wasn’t serviced. Oddly, the only thing that changed was the bar of soap. I know this because I opened the wrapper that morning and left it on the sink. When I returned, the wrapper was gone and a new bar of soap had been placed there. Even more concerning, someone clearly entered my room while I was away, yet virtually no housekeeping was performed. That raises serious questions about both security and management. This hotel failed on the basics: maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and service. I expected far better for the price and cannot recommend staying here.

A/C worked intermittently and stopped working in the middle of the night. This was a major turn down for us. Eveything else, including the staff was OK.

First impressions matter, and this hotel made a great one! We arrived in Buena Park around 10:00 a.m. to spend the day at Knott's Berry Farm, which is an easy 8-minute walk from the hotel. I asked Annette at the front desk if we could leave our car before check-in so we could head straight to the park. Without hesitation, she happily said yes and even told us she would have our room ready by noon if we wanted to come back early. We ended up returning around 2:00 p.m. for a break, and check-in with Annette was quick, easy, and genuinely friendly. We were assigned Room 253, which smelled fresh and clean the moment we walked in. The bed was incredibly comfortable, everything was spotless, and we had almost no issues at all. It was also a nice surprise that the air conditioning was already running, making the room cool and comfortable after spending hours in the summer sun. We immediately headed to the pool to cool off before grabbing dinner and returning to Knott's around 7:00 p.m. After a long day, the shower had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water, which was exactly what we needed. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The location is hard to beat for a visit to Knott's Berry Farm, the room was clean and comfortable, and Annette's outstanding customer service made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. While our stay was generally okay, there are several maintenance and safety issues that need immediate attention. The lamp in our room should be replaced. The power cord had been taped and re-taped multiple times, creating what appears to be a potential fire hazard. We unplugged it for safety. The room was also understocked with linens. Two towels were not enough—we would have appreciated at least four towels and a supply of washcloths. Marriott should ensure these basic amenities are adequately stocked. The exterior of the property also needs updating. There are still signs displaying the previous Radisson branding, along with visible cobwebs and areas that could use fresh paint, which detract from the overall appearance. Finally, the jacuzzi is in need of repair. The jets were not functioning properly, and the control knob had exposed wires, creating a serious safety hazard that should be addressed immediately. I hope these issues are resolved soon, as they impact both the guest experience and overall safety.
