The Buena Park Grand Hotel & Suites

Location The ceiling fell in one room and it smelled of mold. Had to reprogram keys all the time. Cob webbs all over, burn spots on counter, and room smelled musty.

I'm very satisfied with the room!! very clean and spacious!! the pool area is beautiful and I appreciate the staff here!!

i like the location close to theme park and restaurants. Rooms are outdated. bathroom faucet leaking.

2 Booking.com advertised continental breakfast, there was none. Mold in the bathrooms, mostly every facility was broken or missing, ice machines, door slats, elevators etc. sheets were stained up, they didn't have any extra washcloths for both nights of our stay, 4 guests had to share 2 washcloths. Shower water was cold, floors made our feet black, the pull out couch had no bedding and they only gave us a top sheet when we asked for bedding for it. Reading the other reviews they're not for bed bugs and filth and grime. The floors slope so bad in the middle that not a single drawer would stay closed. I would never under any circumstance stay in this hotel again. The Marriot buy out didn't do this place any good, they need to be red tagged.

Exceptional

Dirty and worn. Shower didn't work either. But worst of all....(Bed?) Bugs. And cockroaches. I'll never stay there again. A shame for the Bonvoy brand.

The sheets had blood stains , big roaches and staff was no help

This hotel was ok. Nothing special. Looks like it once was something very nice. Now, ehh it's meh.

Location and price were fair There was no Breakfast as advertised on Booking.com, The shower in the hotel had no hot water so cold showers were uncomfortable, the sofa bed had no bed linings and the mattress had disgusting blppd stains on it, hair was found in the corners, and mold was growing in the bathroom.

The door to our room did not lock and we only got lukewarm water for the shower.

Horrible stay! This property is popular among drug addicts and unhoused individuals. BE AWARE: NOT a family friendly hotel! While at the pool two females jumped in the pool and a bloody pad came up the water. When brought up to the front desk, they were unprofessional. Had to leave our stay right after that incident.

Toilet and coffee maker was not working properly. The room smells. The curtain is worn out and torn.

EVERYTHING! Rooms are horrible smelly and OLD. My entire stay NOT once did my room get serviced. Got locked out of my room every time we left ALWAYS had to get replacement key cards. Front desk did not care and NOT helpful.

The room was very large and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are very nice.
