THEN LISTEN UP THIS HOTEL LOOKS GREAT ONLINE NOT IN PERSON AT ALL MISLEADING INFORMATION I CHOSE THIS HOTEL SO WE WOULDNT HAVE TO DRIVE ON THE FORTH OF JULY I WAS COMING FRON WORK AND I LIVE FAR ALREADY SO THERE WAS NO SHUTTLE SERVICE AT ALL THEN I HAD TO DRIVE IN THE CHAOS OF THE HOLIDAY AND DEAL W THE CRAZYPARKING AND ALMOST MISSED THE SHOW THEN I DIDNT WANT TO WORRY ABOUT BREAKFAST FOR THE KIDS IN MORNING AND THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST AT ALL AVAILABLE THEN BESIDES THAT HOTEL HAD FINGERPRINTS EVERYWHERE WEBS LIKE NO ONE HAS DUSTED OR EVEN BOTHERS REMOVING SUCH FORM THE LAMPS OR CORNERS OF CEILING AND SINK HAD A CONSTANT DRIP AND AIRCONDITIONER WOULNT TURN OFF IT WAS LOCKED THEN ALL CABINNETS WOULDNT CLOSE SO THEY WOULD REPEATEDLY SLIDE BACK OPEN.ALL FURNITURE OUTDATED SO AFRAID TO EVEN LAYDOWN IN BED THEN 4 COP CARS SHOWED UP WALKING INTO THE PROPERTY AS IF LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THEN I COULDNT EVEN BACK OUT CUZ HE WAS LITTERALLY PARKED RIGHT BEHIND ME FELT EXTREMELY UNSAFE EMBARRASSED IN FRONT OF KIDS I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE POOL LOOKED OK THO THE ONLY THING GOING FOR THIS PLACE BUT SPA WAS GREEN I TURNED IN THE KEY AND LEFT NOT LOOKING BACK. The stay was ok. Staff was wonderful. When you walk in the place is amazing. Pool was nice. The room was ok. Very old furniture. Room wasn’t vacuumed or mopped. But the beds were clean. I guess it was ok for the price.

Please if you guys can stay away from this hotel please do it. Its all bad and worse thing bad customer service, I paid 2 night and I had it to leave the hotel since it smells so bad and it was super dirty I looked for helped at desk no one was there and I was there for over 30 minutes no one came out, tried to called ans pone was busy. I choose to leave the key and walk away didnt even tried to het a refund

Tv was too out dated. Plenty of channels but I wanted to be able to cast off my phone. Shower head was a solid 3/10. Bed was by far the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in for sure though. Parking is perfect.

Best hotel, though they do room service every 3 days. .

Staff was great. Our room is another story. Reserved a room with 2 Queen beds; received 2 full beds. Window was broken, a light bulb went out and even after telling staff, bulb was not replaced. Refrigerator made so much noise that we had to unplug it. Shear curtains had several holes. Only the elevators in the lobby worked. When we checked in, they told us the place would be completely renovated by the end of the year but it seems guests between now and then are out of luck in the older rooms. Location was GREAT for ease of access to walk to Knotts Berry Farm and nearby amenities.

The staff was super nice. There's water and coffee in the lobby. No breakfast provided. (Ihop is just a half a block away.) You have to pay for parking/day, plus destination fees, ($50/day). It's a little run down but it really is a beautiful building. The pool looked nice and the courtyard is so pretty. The room needs some work though. Hopefully they can renovate all the rooms and this will be a nice place. I stayed two nights. It was fine but I was happy to leave. If you have someone picky in your group you might want to pass. The linen was clean but the tub leaked, the bathroom door was hard to shut, the nightstand lamp didn't work, etc...

Room 201 smelled like Mildew and hot tub dirty Staff was great

Got switched to 3 different rooms. There was a flood in the first room and the second room wreaked of cigarettes

I was given a surprise $150 deposit that I couldn’t stay at the hotel ruining my evening. I was actually charging additional $50 for some unknown reason and I can’t get my money back. Avoid this hotel and avoid with all costs. It has moldy smell and bedbugs.

We were checked into was never cleaned & found used condoms on the floor then the second room was infested with roaches at night please do not stay here .

errible experience... we arrived at midnight after a long trip with tired young children, and upon reaching the hotel, there was a terrible smell. I hadn't checked the reviews beforehand, but there were bedbugs and cockroaches. The person who attended to us was very ill-tempered... I had to find another hotel, and they refused to refund my money. I will NEVER go back there.

The tropical look. The sink handle fell off, outlet in bathroom did not work to dry my hair, bathroom was not flushing until my husband fixed it, he’s a plumber! Also online said there was breakfast included which the was not! Disappointing!

Right next door to Medieval times, so that’s convenient. Would not stay again.

Bring a hair dryer , and your own shower /soap supplies.

They will do a bunch of "errors" and "mistakes" that result in you getting random charges without your approval, consent or disclosure of. Spent a week trying to contact management and have been avoided. Have moved on to pursuing this legally! Again STAY AWAY from this scam of a hotel, double check your bank accounts if you have already!

The front desk guy was rude from the beginning. I waited about 5 minutes at the front desk, waiting for someone to show up and help me. When he finally came out of the back room because I asked for someone to help me, he did not seem happy to be there. He started off by telling me that the room I had booked online was not available so he had to give me a different room. This room was not even an upgrade. It was a downgrade for the same price. When I got to the room, the room was hot. It was over 80° in there when I tried to turn on the AC it was not working so I tried calling the front desk, but no one would answer. I know he wasn’t busy because there was no one else when I was checking in. I called multiple times before I decided to just walk up to the front desk again. But before I walked up to the front desk, I noticed the Internet was not working either. When I was up there, I told the guy that the AC was not working nor the Internet. He said the AC was not gonna be working all night till tomorrow. (If he already knew that the AC was not working why didn’t he tell me since I checked in). Regardless, I told him, that the Internet was down as well. A couple other guests showed up at the front desk while I was talking to the clerk maybe around five different people at different times complaining about the Internet and the AC in their rooms. He just said they weren’t working right now that they would have to wait till tomorrow.

Upon arrival, we noticed the TV did not work. We put a new request and we told somebody would be up within 15 minutes. It took over two hours. As we were getting ready for dinner, we noticed there was no hot water in the shower again, putting in request to get resolved. Upon returning from dinner around 9:30 we were informed the showerhead been fixed and they were replacing the TV. The shower still is not fixed and there was no hot water. They switched this room around 10 PM and there was still no hot water in the new room.

No water pressure, no hot water the entire stay, AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR EXTRA AMENITIEs!! I want a FULL REFUND ASAP!!
