Location was great everything you needed was walking distance. Breakfast was was simple cereal, toast, muffins, coffee, yogurt ,orange slices The elevator smelled bad and the property surrounding needs tlc flowers and grass were dying

Staff is nice, gave us extra towels, included a good breakfast, coffee and ice dispensers 24/7, good service, plenty of free parking, clean rooms, and overall good experience

The only thing that I liked was the property was close to amusement park attractions. Everything else was poor. The ceiling had visible leaks that showed stains. The vanity in the bathroom area were chipped stained, and the caulking around. It was done in such a bad manner that it was showing signs of where, and even the baseboards in the bathroom were peeling off off the wall. There was rust near the stopper of the tub, and the stopper did not properly work. The shower water adjustment was hard to pull the flooring in the bathroom needed to be replaced. There were ants in the room overall, just a pretty bad experience.

You will be greeted by homeless surrounding the building, strong stench of urine, and trash everywhere on the property. Room was okay, noisy at times. AC was cool and had a decent size refrigerator. However, only ONE shared microwave for all guests in the lobby and the line gets long, especially during dinner time! Jacuzzi does not work and they have you sign a form if requesting more towels. Don’t think I would stay here again.

Stayed on the second floor and my room was right by the stairs to decend. I stayed two nights. A homeless male loitering in the staircase and remained there for my entire stay. The only working elevator would take forever and no option but to take the stairs, not that I mind taking the stairs. I had my children, 6 months, 4 and 11 yr old. Staff was doing their best to keep it clean and they tried to get rid of the unhoused male with no luck. The facility needs investment. The pool looked questionable, not clean for use.

The room was comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming, but the surrounding area could use a good clean-up.

All good nice and clean, kids enjoyed the pool.

This is a nice well maintaining hotel . Only the rooms amen is little old but it’s actually works fine. Parking is not a problem. that’s great because other hotels in OC they were charged additional parking fee for $10.
