The place was absolutely disgusting. When we first arrived, the staff made me wait 40 minutes before I was even able to check in at check-in. I had to come down five different times because the cards they gave me to open the door we're not working and every single time that I came down, they told me and didn't let me forget that I might be the issue that I might be the one not being able to open the door that it has nothing to do with their cards when we walk in the room sheets were stained. The air was not working. The toilet was not flushing I mentioned to them I went down again. They said they could get me new sheets. Then proceeded to tell me to wait a minute downstairs so they can get them for me whenever they got down, hoping whatever guest they were hoping ask for the toilet they said just to open the lid and jiggle it around, hoping that it would flush and they proceeded to tell me that it wouldn't be so hot during the night so I wouldn't need the ac I'm so glad that this was only a one night stop. I left my hotel room and only came back when it was time to go to bed and left super early in the morning because we just couldn't do it anymore. This was absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed that and I will never stay here again so much for it being newly remodeled with new ownership completely disappointed.

The bed. So very comfortable The check-in guy (blonde) was great Wheelchair access - No wheelchair ramp at the back curb at the walkway that leads to the elevator Bed & toilet height - bed too high for my mom to get on and toilet too low for her to get up from. I had to pull her up from the toilet. Shower temp - fluctuates to cool and back to warm without touching the nob Location - Noisy. The 91 fwy can be heard constantly Breakfast - Subpar. Just cereal, no pastries. Worst of all, no juice options to drink. I don't drink coffee or tea. Too bad I guess. Lobby TV - Showing MS Now, a democrat news outlet Refrigerator - no door shelf brackets Smoking - neighbor was allowed to smoke pot outside their door, and it was coming straight into my room since the door doesn't seal properly. I had to put the white bed cover closed in the door. I had to ask him multiple times to smoke on the opposite side of my door in front of my window so it didn't go in the a/c system Check-out gal - I reported the juice, MS Now, and the smoking, and she just said sorry. Not, I will let the manager know. Like ah well.

Nothing likable at this Roach Motel. The fact that thelis place chargeed my credit card 15 dollars not explaining what was the charge for. The Jacuzzi is out of order. The owner of this place is too cheap to fix or operate the Jacuzzi.

Only stayed overnight the parking and check in was easy, the staff were great. They only take card deposits no cash. But overall the room was clean and nice, the AC worked really good. Perfect location
