Days Inn by Wyndham Buena Park

Staff was great Checked in with no problems.The room was very clean The room had great A.C.The bed was very comfortable. The parking lot and parking area Outside was not well kept Needed to debris, grass bushes cleaned.There was a dumpster when parking outside tons of trash everywhere.It shares a parking lot with target.Had a lot of homeless walking around. Add lots of places to go eat restaurant stores right next to the korean pop mall.

Very dirty, lots of ants and gnats flying in room. Staff and manager do not respond to complaints. Checked out early and requested refund and still have not had a response from the manager.

Here’s the thing, I can’t knock this place for being what it was. Was it nice, no. Were there amenities, no. Was it expensive, no. For what we needed, it was fine. Somewhere to sleep and keep our stuff in a central location to the areas we were going to be around. The traffic sounds at night were pretty rough, our room was facing the freeway. There was also a Mediterranean restaurant right next door that had live music until 1130 at night. Breakfast was some cereals, oranges, and bread that I could safely assume was stale. But for the price and the need, I can’t be upset. The room was about 30% like the photo. Not nearly as modern and clean. More of a dingy, street corner, re-creation of the images online. I can’t recommend this place in good faith, but I can’t really say you shouldn’t stay here either. The ac was nice and chilly though and the mini fridge did work, so take your victories.

Great place, stayed here like 5 times now, always a good experience.

We did a trip to Knotts Berry Farm. We usually stay at the Knotts Hotel, but I wasn’t going to pay $450 for two nights. This property was half the cost and less than 5 min away from the park. Clean, plenty of parking, pool, and relatively quiet. Staff were very polite and helpful. I’d stay there again.

My regards to Leo at the front desk as well as Sheila & Karen for keeping the rooms and walkways clean and free of trash. I recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in Buena Park, CA.

The only thing goood thing about the property that is close to the amusement park.

Clean room and airconditioning is ok

It was a little sketchy with questionable people coming and going. The cleaning staff was very unhelpful. We had 4 guests and were attending weddings so we were showering every day. They would only give us 2 towels and would make one bed or not come at all.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Days Inn. After checking out, the hotel attempted to charge me a $250 smoking fee, claiming someone had smoked inside the room. No one in my party smoked in the room. Any smoking was done outside, and we left the room clean. When I asked for evidence, the only photo they provided showed small tobacco crumbs from an extinguished cigar that had been sitting on the table. That does not prove anyone smoked inside the room. Despite this, the manager claimed the room smelled strongly of marijuana and cigarettes, said it had to be taken out of service, attempted to charge my card, and permanently banned me from the property. I felt like I was treated unfairly, and the hotel refused to provide convincing evidence to support such a serious accusation. Charging guests hundreds of dollars without clear proof is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and would encourage others to carefully review their final bill and document the condition of their room before checking out.

The floors in the room were filthy! The hotel requires cleaning every 3rd day but somehow they miss the floors every time. The laundry facilities were out of order (huge inconvenience). The breakfast was something kids would like. The coffee was good. The building has constant leaks and stinky water kept backing up into our sink. There was overflow of garbage that never got picked up during our 10 day stay. Transients live in the parking lot connected to the hotel and urinate in the side parking lot. It's very noisy all night as the highway is in the backyard. Staff was friendly. Convenient to shopping and dining but l would not stay again.

The laundry was not working and staff told us it hasn’t been for months.

Room was clean enough parking didn't have to search for a spot. Pool looked sufficient. Close to amusement parks and plenty of places to eat clise by. Fast food and restaurants.
