Next to the freeway so even with windows closed, you still hear the freeway traffic. Room is clean but clearly bathroom and facility is dated. Had to wait in line to check in since there is only one staff at the front desk on a holiday weekend. Was given the wrong room # so it took a lot to keep our anger at bay after we went to a room on the second floor, have the key not work and find out that the wrong room # was given to you and this while tired after traveling for the day

Very clean room, the front desk staff was very pleasant.

Great place to stay

Nothing I booked two double queen bed studio suites bought and paid for ahead and when it was time to check in they told me they over booked and I didn’t receive what I paid for instead I got a double queen bed room and a king room I had no other choice but to sleep on a stiff coach bed but the bed didn’t even have a mattress so I ended up just sleeping on the crappy couch

Very convenient to Buena Park Property was not well maintained, very loud noise from highway

Everything was great with the exception of the jacuzzi being out of order.

To be honest, it’s not the nicest place, but considering the location and the price, it’s a reasonable place to stay.

The minute we stepped in it was noticeably disappointing. The room was barely maintained. Dirty and had a smell to it. The bathroom floor had hair all over, clearly was not inspected. Along with the towels that had stains. Paint was over the bathroom fixtures with not enough towels. Outlets to charge our electronics were across the room or high next to the window. Every noise came into the room, the windows were not sound proof and the hotel is next to the highway. There's was so much trash around the property and near the parking spots. It was highly disappointing and could not get a good night's sleep. And I just never felt clean In this dirty room.

Also their shrinking breakfast table must provide more variety than just cereal and milk. Don´t cheat the guests. I invite the managers to pay a visit to the breakfast room at the Artesia Days inn on Pioneer Blvd and try to learn from them.

Good location and good price

MY KIDS PULLED BACK THE COVERS 20 mins after GETTING IN THE ROOM THERE WAS BLOOD ALL OVER THE SHEETS! My kids didn’t even make it in the bed but the property blamed us for the blood. NONE OF US HAVE SCRATCHES OR OPEN WOUNDS THIS COULD HAVE ESCALATED & my kids could be infected.i left to tell the front desk he stated room service is gone and im completely booked but here is some sheets just change it yourself… NO PROTOCOL DONE…HE DIDNT COME CHECK THE ROOM…NO INCIDENT REPORT!…the next morning we spoke with the mgrs they told us that the blood was FRESH! And it clearly was not fresh the blood had already oxidized by the morning it looked fresh when the kids pointed it out. My kids are traumatized they think there was a crime scene In The room and we drove 5 hrs away arriving late at night. To make matters worse booking.com didn’t try to help us either they asked “why are you calling us” we were told by the police and the bank as well as the health department in California to let the 3rd party booking company know what happen. Every person we spoke to gave us the run around one girl yelled at me and hung up (trinity) I will be contacting corporate of every company involved in this matter DAYS INN,WYNDHAM & BOOKING.com I was charged $110 for damage to sheets that were already damaged I have video proof of everything sand still no one wants to do anything about this matter… Attached pictures are the staff on duty the morning we checked out as well as my children explaining to her what they saw and she proceeded to tell them it was their blood BUT NOONE HAD PROOF OF THE BLOOD AND NOONE WAS BLEEDING EVER!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
