Clean room. A+ Staff!

Friendly Staff, very clean nice property. Beds were very comfortable. I give the hotel itself 5 stars, my stay was 4 stars overall because we were on the first floor, it was very noisy, we could hear the babies and kids in the rooms next to us, which is fine they are babies no big deal. But it was the toilet flushing that was the issue. They are so loud and obnoxious so I’m sure our neighbors heard our toilet every time we flushed it and we heard our neighbors toilet flush every time all night long, these toilets are so loud it’s like it was in our room and not theirs. These were the industrial public restroom toilets they aren’t your standard hotel room toilets. We requested a blanket and let them know our hot water wasn’t getting that hot and they came and fixed it right away, even brought new towels and made the bed. They brought a blanket as I requested but it was still a bit damp. Luckily it dried by the time I needed it. Overall my stay wasn’t bad, I would still recommend this hotel and I would still stay here in the future…..just maybe not on the first floor

Staff friendliest, clean property, my room had a few clothing tags am assuming from a previous guest but other than that it was clean and was kept up every day, have been traveling a lot lately and can compare from my previous stay at a different place and I was very pleased with the entire experience

Third stay this year. Very clean and comfortable.

Water pressure in the shower was very weak. Otherwise the property was very good.

Great amenities

Good location, close to entertainment area on Beach Blvd. Within walking distance and freeways. Great staff and comfortable room. I have stayed several times and enjoyed.

The food in the restaurant was excellent. The free shuttle service to the park was wonderful. The rooms were clean except in one of the rooms we found a yucky by the sink upon first settling into our rooms. But all in all it was nice.

I am absolutely coming back to stay for next trip in the area.

Nice hotel. The only downside is that someone pried the window trim in an attempt to break into the car. The car was parked right next to the side entrance. Thankfully they didn’t get in.

The only thing we noticed was a lot of hair in the bathroom , specifically in the shower . Maybe it was a one time miss but we did have to rinse the bathtub and shower wall as it was extremely noticeable . Other than that , great as always !

We expected the double bed room to be bigger. We used a rollaway bed for my 5-year old son and there was not much space to put it. We had to put it in between both beds leaving no room. Other than that it was good.

I love how the staff were super friendly, everything is so clean , excellent service . I would definitely recommend this hotel

It was okay!

It’s located in a convenient location. My room was located right next to the pool which opens until 10pm. It was very noisy and couldn’t sleep until after every one left the pool. Room carpet was dirty. Bathtub had a mold. AC is so loud. My room was adjoining accessible room and I could hear almost everything from the next door room which was so disturbing. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family
