Loved everything about this hotel, except for the late-night music noise coming from either the pool or restaurant. Aside from that, it was a fantastic experience.

Shower didn’t work properly, diverter is broken. Staff is excellent.

Upon check in - room was at the back of the facility next to an elevator and vending machine. Bathroom had mold on the ceiling. Shower amenities were empty, cockroaches in the hallway. Rooms are on the small side. When information was shared with staff it was brushed off. Was very disappointed and will not stay again. This is my second visit and the first one didn’t go well either.

Great hotel. Clean clean clean. Lovely attached restaurant w nice menu. Friendly helpful staff close to Aquarium Knotts Berry Farm and Medieval Times. Really CLEAN!!! Really nice pool n hot tub.

Really great stay.

The room was clean but the pool area was filthy. It was a holiday weekend so I understand it was busier than normal, however, 2 different staff members strolled around the pool but did not bother to clean up or notify the party making the mess to clean after themselves. They also did not send anyone to clean (I understand there is likely a person who is responsible for this type of clean up). Dirty diapers, food and drink wrappers, and pieces of pool toys laid on the floor around the pool for hours. With that being said, the hotel room itself was clean and cozy. I would stay again and would recommend to others, but for the price per night, families should be able to enjoy all the amenities.

Friendly Staff, very clean nice property. Beds were very comfortable. I give the hotel itself 5 stars, my stay was 4 stars overall because we were on the first floor, it was very noisy, we could hear the babies and kids in the rooms next to us, which is fine they are babies no big deal. But it was the toilet flushing that was the issue. They are so loud and obnoxious so I’m sure our neighbors heard our toilet every time we flushed it and we heard our neighbors toilet flush every time all night long, these toilets are so loud it’s like it was in our room and not theirs. These were the industrial public restroom toilets they aren’t your standard hotel room toilets. We requested a blanket and let them know our hot water wasn’t getting that hot and they came and fixed it right away, even brought new towels and made the bed. They brought a blanket as I requested but it was still a bit damp. Luckily it dried by the time I needed it. Overall my stay wasn’t bad, I would still recommend this hotel and I would still stay here in the future…..just maybe not on the first floor

Staff friendliest, clean property, my room had a few clothing tags am assuming from a previous guest but other than that it was clean and was kept up every day, have been traveling a lot lately and can compare from my previous stay at a different place and I was very pleased with the entire experience

Water pressure in the shower was very weak. Otherwise the property was very good.

Good location, close to entertainment area on Beach Blvd. Within walking distance and freeways. Great staff and comfortable room. I have stayed several times and enjoyed.
