The Buena Park Hotel & Suites

This place is ok so quiet the bed so comfortable and the staff so friendly The room so small even the bathroom so tiny and some stain on the wall and I can’t charge my phone all the plug not working and I found out there’s another door is look like connected to the next room and the breakfast none of them I like even my kids the waffle mix was too watery and people make a mess left cups everywhere and no one came to clean it up

Great location right next to Knott's and great parking situation. Knott's is easily within walking distance. A/C was working perfectly even in 107°F weather. Check in/out was smooth. Bed and bathroom were nice. Also not too far from Anaheim Sports Center so it was pretty smooth getting to the Breaking Benjamin concert. Great hotel! Little sound insulation and no safe for valuables.

Superb

Everything, it’s not far of everything and it’s in a good location if you want to go to knott’s berry farm

Nothing Infested in bed bugs.

Enjoyed it. Perfect for a cheap stay. Safe, clean and free parking. A hidden gem. I will stay here again!

We had such a great stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed was super comfy, and everything felt well taken care of. The front desk staff were honestly one of the best parts of our stay. Everyone was always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful whenever we needed anything. We stayed for quite a while, and they made us feel comfortable the entire time. The air conditioning worked great, and we really enjoyed our room. This was our second time staying here, and the amazing service from the staff is a big reason we chose to come back. We’ll definitely stay here again!

I liked that it’s very affordable and in a good location close to Knotts Berry Farms and LAX. The rooms are very musty and smells like mildew. The towels were dirty upon arrival and even though we paid an additional $57 per room to do an early check in, they were still cleaning it when we got there and had to wait. The breakfast also changed and there’s no longer any bagels or anything else besides packets of instant oatmeal and waffles.

There was roaches in my room, and there was a mice that ran out my door I let staff know in the front management. they said they were gonna give me a discount of 50% off for one night only, which was very inconvenient. They did not offer any other room at

The property needs much tender loving care! My room was not very clean. The walls in the Bathroom were dirty. The furniture was very damaged and the floor was uneven that the drawers would not close and stay open. The lights had to turned on individually no major light switch! They did have a microwave and fridge which was nice the towel decorations were nice. And I liked the accessories. But the hotel is runned down and is not worth the money I paid for and the breakfast was fair but no protein only cereal, toast and waffles. Coffee was good and so were the yogurts. The service at the front was great! I first got a very noisy room with noisy neighbors and they moved me quickly to a quiet room. I rested comfortably. Thank you

The derives was bad and not good It smelt like cigarettes on the lobby

There was German cockroaches in my bed, teenagers screaming and drinking and throwing up outside of the pool and by my room. My door wouldn’t even close. So at any point some random stranger could just walk into my room, which someone did. Definitely want a refund. Save your money and peace of mind by NOT booking here

Bathroom doors are barn style sliding doors, minimal to no privacy. Floors above make so much noise and front door has huge gap at bottom. Also window blinds worn and do not close properly
