The room was very hot when we realized what the problem the bottom of the door the heat was coming in. We had to put a towel down to stop the heat. There was hair on the bathroom floor and front door by the cooler was an unswept candy on the floor. No wash towels. Toilet water running. Blood on the floor ounder the table. Called the front desk they didn’t seem concerned.. we did ask to stay till 2pm. Thanks for the experience.

It wasn't great. The short interaction with staff was fine but the room itself was meh-minus. No carpet. Bottom of door needed weather stripping so light got in and cold air out. It was super hot in room when we got there and it took a good hour+ before it got comfortable. Bed super hard. Lighting fixture in bathroom had exposed wiring. Bathtub was patched. Minimal towels. But I think the most misleading was all the amazing reviews on Hotels.com. The stark difference between the reviews and the actual room quality maybe left us feeling the disappointment more. I would say that this place should've been advertised as a $40 "motel" not $80+ "hotel & suites." We'll look elsewhere in the future.

The room was not the cleanest but ok. The restrooms were not clean. I had to clean the restroom up and the shower. You could see some soap residue from previous use. There was a dead spider on the top of the mirror, it seemed like someone had smashed it and it had been there for days. There was a spider web right above the restroom door. It’s a cheap place to stay at, which seems to me why we got what we got. The breakfast is ok. Takes forever since you have to make your own waffles so you either get there at 7 am or all you get is juice. We only tried it one day and decided just to go out to eat since it was too much hassle. Parking was ok no issues there. Staff is pretty friendly. Overall it’s ok place.

I like that the room for 8 had 2 full bathrooms, and the breakfast waffle were good, wish the breakfast lasted till 10:am quite a few people.

I have stayed here several times because it is convenient to expressways and clean. Located near Knotts Berry Farm amusement park and Disney. I generally stay 1 or two nights for business events in the area. The staff always treat me politely and are helpful if I need anything.

Close to our needs. Priced right.

Un pequeno detalle con el cuarto, no noa dijeron que estaba una puerta que conectaba con otro y intentarin habrir el cuarto los otros inquilinos no solo 2 veces fueron mas y los del hotel no dijeron nada solo que no podian hacer nada ,Nada algi desagradable

Everything was clean. Everything looked nice. I had no issue with anything. The only thing is they need to make sure about the mattress or in the rooms. Unfortunately my daughter got bit like crazy from the extra room that they had in the the room that we stayed in. She came home with bites all over her legs. Other than that no other complaints.

Just dirty and old and felt unsafe to be honest.

This space looked nothing like the pictures online. There were blood stains on the bed, dust all over the room.There was a terrible smell, Bathroom wasn’t clean, the beds didn’t even have real comforters on it just sheets. Floors were not cleaned or vacuumed. Staff guy up front was really rude until we let him know we were not going to be staying at the property. Do not stay here!!!

The place was near everything, the room nice and clean, the only down part was the restroom doors. Breakfast was ok. The staff was very nice.

The room was not clean, the shower and bath ran at the same time. Looks beautiful from internet, very deceiving.
