The Buena Park Hotel & Suites

Room was very dirty. Bathroom was not cleaned, curtains had stains that looked like blood, and floors were disgusting. Convenient location and friendly staff.

Good price, great location. The room was clean just needs a little update. But overall comfortable beds and friendly staff.

Room had laminated flooring and it was filthy not sure when the last time they vacuumed or mopped those floors. The bathrooms were gross and not clean as they should be. Room smelled foul. Rooms are next to the highway exit and it is loud all day and night. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.

Ok I always read the reviews of places before I stay with my two kids, a teen and a 9 yr old, so here I goes, the front desk team are extremely nice, and answered any questions I had. The breakfast was ok, cereal, yogurt, juice and waffle makers, which my daughter loved! And it is very convenient to walk to knotts, about 15 min walk. Now, the property is very out dated and needs maintenance, the room needs work as well, the furniture is quite old, the lights worked, the floor in the room is gross, it is hardwood floor, but dirty like we walked around with socks on the entire time, now the least favorite things of mine were, the shower was horrible, the floor was cracked and uneven, it felt as if dirt was underneath, I say this because one spot you stand and it’s up high and then you move and you are down low, we showered with shoes on because I didn’t want any of us to fall! Lastly my son found a dead cockroach underneath the toilet(he was looking for his AirPod case), now that grossed me out luckily it was our last night, otherwise I would have left. I forgot to add the pool was nice, my daughter had fun, the hot tub wasn’t working that sucked. Overall, we made it work, I normally book another hotel down the street but it’s not walking distance, the staff are really nice as I said but we will not be staying here again. I hoped this helped some families!

This was the second time me and my wife stayed here really enjoy it being really close to Knott's Berry Farm, The Barn door in the bathrooms are really cool. The staff is never once been rude to us I don't know why some of the reviews have said that and the rooms are usually pretty clean as well. It does get a little loud and busy in the mornings with housekeeping but other than that it's a great hotel

This place has been overall great to stay at. I wouldn't choose any other place, it's near all amusement places.

The staff was helpful and nice. The room was clean at first sight but when I went to plug something in there was trash by the night stand and under the bed was a bit dusty. They tried to update the room however the crown modeling they added did not complete the entire room and was noticeably not mounted properly. There are no usb ports in the room and few plug options. One of the lamps didn't even turn on. The vanity light randomly turned itself off and we couldn't turn it on until an hour later. We had to put a towel down in front of the door to keep out the light and wind. The bathroom was alright but the tub was dirty. Overall it was a place to lay our heads but we won't return.

I came to this hotel for 4 nights. The area was ok, when I went to the room things were falling apart for example the bathroom door was falling apart. There were bugs. I left the thing on the door handle for the maid to clean, keep in mind I put the thing for 3 days and me thinking they will clean. Well, they did not clean I’m not sure if I was suppose to tell the counter people for them to clean but there was no point of saying that in the door handle. There was playing loud music over night which had trouble sleeping. But overall it was good if you stay for one night if you stay for 3+ nights go to a different area.

The Location of the property is good but to say The Location of the property is good but to say the least on this stay Sunday June 29th 2026 the room (164) was infected with Bed Bugs in which we're on both right and Left arms I have stayed they before and like the area but know I will have to think about returning

We had to put one of our towels at the entry door to block the 1.5 inch gap that was letting bugs and light in. We were on the top floor and you could feel yourself bouncing as you walked across the floor. Clumps of hair in the bathroom when we got there, plumbing was backwards and shower dripped constantly. Stay out of room 218. Good news was it was within walking distance to Knott's Berry Farm.

I was on the second floor and the door did not go all the way down to floor anything could've came into the room and the shower door leaked water on the floor when you took a shower.

The property was dated but its ok for the price. The place was clean, staff was very helpful. We had an issue with our AC upon our check in and they change the room right away. We would most likely stay here again.

My room had an odor that smelled like mildew. Thats was my main issue

Nothing People smoking weed on next door room it was unpleasant I had my daughters with me we stayed 2 nights smelling that awful experience
