SureStay Hotel by Best Western Buena Park Anaheim

Breakfast was very poor, apple juice was so rotten there were floaters and it was cloudy. Milk carafe was broken and did not dispense milk. Bread had spots. My wallet was stolen out of my car while we were gone, people hang out in the parking lot all day

Honestly just horrible . I just wasn’t comfortable and even after explaining it . They just didn’t care . I went to a much more comfortable hotel and my needs were met at a different location

Not too great Pool needs more cleaning

Well after the rooms were cleaned housekeeping was trying to enter our room and then when we walked up on her she acted like she picked the wrong room! I will never stay here again!

I honestly didn’t feel comfortable The bed sheets is just sheets not really a comforter Plenty of parking. Pool and hot tub open until 9

its was close to knotts berry farms upon walking into the room i was greeted with the smell of cigarettes, i am a non smoker! the counter tops were sticky, there were holes in our curtains, bed was sagging in the middle. multiple walls in room was missing paint and scratched/banged up. the bathroom towels were very small. smaller then a regular sized towel. and when i told the front desk about the room smell there was no room for discussion or a resolution.

the room is really clean and new. and the hotel does the daily clean also breakfast is not as good as other best western hotel good, very simple. But it meets daily needs.

Everything was good !! Would definitely come back and stay

Rooms were not cleaned daily. Breakfast was continental if that. Staff was really nice overall okay experience.

The elevator was broken they would not give a two bed room on the first floor even though I am handicapped nor would they move us during our four nightstay our keys would not work every time we came back we had to go to the office to activate them each day. We had to call the office to get the room cleaned and fresh towels daily. Will not stay again
