Old and run down. Tile cracked and chipped alot same with mirrors. AC made wierd noises and noisy outside door

Convenient location to Knott's Berry Farm. Liked the kitchenette feature. Will stay here again with the family.

Towels and wash cloth are old and very thin. If the room can hold 4 people, need to put 4 towels and 4 wash cloths. AC was working poorly, needs a better one. Need more parking spaces. We came back at midnight and there was not a single space for me to park…

Dangerous area and noisy at night

I went to the room and it had so many bugs at the walls. After I killed about 15 little creatures I left the property immediately

Hotel was reasonable and convenient due to us visiting Knottsberry,Room was clean,but bathroom door needed work.

TV didn't work, had to have hotel clerk find parking for us, no breakfast, no pool and the ice machine was out

Perfet place very nice staff

The staff is always welcoming. They give me a parking pass before it is check in time so I can park there and hit Knott's while we wait for check in. They respond quick if I have questions or concerns. I've been staying here for years and am never disappointed.

I love how close you are to the park if you need to take the kids back for a nap which is needed. Bathroom was huge overall we really enjoyed it. Parking is limited so don't leave once you have a spot

The hotel was in one of the most ideal locations. If you want to walk to Knott's Berry Farm or soak City. It is right on a busy road though and there is noise at night so if you're a sensitive sleeper that's something to be aware of. Beds are not the best quality but for the price it's what you would expect. Staff is great, location cannot be beat and the price was excellent. Overall. Would recommend and would stay there again.

The property need's a little bit of maintenance.

The only complaint I have is the bathtub would drain even with the drain plugged. Other than that it was great. Bed and pillows where comfortable. The AC worked great as well.

This hotel had a room with 2 queen beds and a bunkbed. Perfect for our family of 6. Also, this hotel is conveniently located if you are going to Knott's Berry Farm. The staff are responsive and helpful. Having said that the rooms and amenities are very basic. The facility itself is very old. For a family that wants affordable hotel for 4-6 people in a convenient location, I would recommend it.

We enjoyed a very helpful staff and a comfortable room. Room for all 6 of us comfortably. We do wish the floors would have been cleaner. Only one of our AC units worked, but it was in the room with the beds so we slept well. Location is perfect for walking to Knott's and saving on parking.

Clean room. Parking is a little tight if you get in late.

Not a comfortable stay, the beds were too stiff, the shower were disgusting with rust, the water pressure in the shower wasn’t good, it said breakfast provided but all I saw in the lobby was a coffee maker and there wasn’t even coffee, And the parking situation was just awful, not enough parking spaces and the hotel workers had us park in front of other cars blocking them. Yeah it’s close to Knott’s Berry Farms. But you can find better for the same price . Won’t be staying here again.

Clean room. Great air conditioning, late check in

Great hotel I stayed at the price was a great deal and after I got to the room it was very nice and clean and they have direct tv cable with has all the good channels and it's next to lots of stores and stuff for sure will return next trip
