Amazing hot tub

Have stayed here a few times, staff as always helpful and friendly, great location, close to nearby attractions, would definitely stay here again.

Overall, this property was a great stay (accept some loud neighbors and their kids at 2am, but, not the hotels fault). It's a 10ish minute walk to Knotts, parking was free and only a quick 3 minute drive to my favorite breakfast spot, Portos. Beds were comfortable, shower was good (though ours needs a little tlc) and the staff was very helpful.

Place is out dated , wifi issues ,other wise it gets the job done for 1 night

The staff was helpful and friendly answered all our questions, it’s close to Knott’s berry amusement park which is awesome!!

BED BUGS!!!! The check in was ok because the guy at the desk was very nice. However the rooms are poorly kept. Went to sleep and woke up with live bed bugs crawling on the bed and they had bitten us badly.

Clean room

For the location, the price is okay. I did have some issues with parking. When we arrived back to the hotel at night, there wasnt any parking available! Not one spot. I even got off to talk to someone at the lobby to make sure if we parked in front of the pool area that we wouldn't get a ticket, but the lobby was closed and nobody was to be found. The windows in the bathroom needed a good cleaning.

Staff

Staff was very helpful. Didn’t stay long but it’s in a great location and parking was easy

Room was clean pool and little dirty maybe from tress but warm. Fridge n microwave was a plus.free parking excellent. Front desk nice pleasant and helpful with walmart made cvs.

Good for just sleep. But if you arrive late at night you might not find a parking spot. Can full quickly, and some guest don't care and just park their car like stupid and take part of the 2nd spot on the side.

Great location! We use this hotel to stay overnight to go to knotts and soak city. Has all the ammenities for a comfortable stay. My only criticism is that the safe was not working.

As far as the room, we stayed in the Honey Moon suite. It had so much potential, but the maintenance inside the room was horrible. Found many types of spiders and bugs throughout our stay- we realized it might have been because of the front door, it had a gap so we kept a towel to cover the seal below the door. When we removed the towel as we were cleaning up after ourselves for checkout day, the towel collected 3 different spiders and many tiny insects. Pictures include: -the bug we found the first night -USED with broken seals for complimentary lotions and shampoos -Shower curtains that were torn and ripped -the same shower curtains also ripped used to cover the perimeter of the bed -tv remote missing the battery cover -bad caulking inside bathroom -blonde hairs on the towels (my hair is brown) -hair on the back of the bathroom door -ETC.

Family-budget-friendly property, super convenient to those planning to visit Knotts

Overall is a good place. It’s kind of weird that you can’t get ice from the ice machine unless you ask an employee they do have laundry on site but you need quarters and they don’t have detergent but it’s nice that they have family rooms so there’s bunkbeds. If you need that. The pool is nice. It’s warm and it has a couple shaded areas to hang out in. It’s right next to knotts soak city so that’s nice. There is $100 deposit which I don’t know what it would be for since all they have is vending machines which at least they have vending machines but there’s no little market so I don’t know why they would need to deposit. It’s probably weird but oddly enough I thought they were little body lotion smelled really good and they have a little tiny shampoo thing but it’s not great so I would recommend bringing your own stuff. At night we noticed parking was a little odd like they didn’t have enough parking spots so there was like parking randomly and had cones around it and it’s like hard to get through but the staff is super friendly. They’re very helpful at least if you need something, they will help you. we actually really like the housekeeping staff because they would always put our kids stuffed animals on the bed after they made it with an acute little way with their headphones next to it or on them. It was really nice. The kids enjoyed it and they were really good about cleaning rooms daily

I use a walker. Could not get it in the bathroom. Front door could just be pushed open unless flip over clamp not in place. Bathroom door water damage & would not close. Air conditioner did not work
