Very clean and comfortable. Will be staying there again.

Spent a night here for Knotts Scary Farm. Room was clean and spacious. Room could use a little TLC as the bathroom had broken tiles and scuffs on the walls but overall the room was good. Would def stay here again

Everything was good they came to clean the room every day. The only thing I would say is that the room we were in the bathtub needs to be worked on as it as chipping and looking rusty a bit.

Convenient location, amazing staff

Good value to stay but If you and/or family going to stay make sure you leave by check out time which is 11am cuz if you don’t manager will be knocking on your door to get out. That’s what happened to us recently. We were putting our STUFF in the car while the door was open at that time management stood by our door to make sure we left at that time. When we were out the door the nerve of management asked for the room key. Didn’t even say thank you. NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL

I like that it was right in front of knotts berry farm I didnt like that i found cockroaches in the bathroom, the room look like it was in rough shape, and a lot of bugs on the lights

Very accommodating on short notice

The door didn't lock and the latch was loose on the door frame.

The room was fairly clean, sanitary at minimum. The doors and some items were kind of worn out, but really good for the price we got to stay in. Staff was amazing. The one thing that could be improved; Parking communication. I wasn't aware that it was one parking spot per reservation and we had two vehicles, one had to park on the street nearby. Luckily, there were lots of open spots but I still feel like this could've been communicated before our stay so we could've planned accordingly. Overall, for the price and value, still 5/5.

I stay here every time I go to either Disneyland or Knotts Berry Farm a short quick walk to Knotts and about 20 minute easy drive to Disney with a convenient Walgreens right across the street or any last-minute things you may have forgotten. Parking is free, which you can get a bit pricey at Knotts. It is not a fancy hotel, but the rooms are very clean and showers are clean. It comes with a microwave and a good size fridge. Come with the basic necessities. It’s a good night sleep for an extremely great cost. I have one daughter that I usually take with me on these trips and we have enjoyed all of our stays.
