Buena Park Inn

Always the best place to stay at Buena Park: new and strong aircon, large room and bed, ref and microwave, excellent staff. Sam, the owner, always makes accomodations for my disability. Thank you so much Sam!!!

Polite staff! Pretty quiet there, able to get decent sleep, convient location

Check-in was super simple and even though we checked in late management was super cool. Clean property

Very good

Room was clean. Air conditioner worked. Easy to find parking and the staff was cool.

The air conditioner could use an update they are old and don't work very well. But other than that great for a quick stay

Cost and proximity to location i was at The towels were dirty, the desk was sticky and did not feel comfortable walking without shoes inside

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked through Expedia for Labor Day weekend near Knott’s Berry Farm and arrived around 1 a.m. with my two minor children after traveling from Arizona. I had requested an accessible room due to back pain but was told no first floor rooms were available. The moment we opened our “non smoking” room, it REEKED of cigarette smoke and was extremely dirty. The white pillow covers were brown with dirt. The front desk clerk came upstairs and simply tried spraying the room. When I pulled back the bedding IN FRONT OF HIM, SCISSORS came flying out from inside the bed! I demanded another room or a refund. They were sold out, so I asked for a few minutes to call other hotels. Instead, the clerk came back knocking and rushing us out because they wanted to resell the room. I explained I was alone, out of state with 2 children, and couldn’t find another hotel because everything was booked. Neither he nor the manager seemed to care. We sat in our car calling hotels. Two police officers were outside and recommended other hotels and, after hearing where we had stayed, told me I made a good choice leaving and said the property/pictures could be deceiving. After calling 15+ hotels, we finally found a Marriott after 3:30 a.m. I was promised a refund and STILL have not received it. I have video documenting the room and incident. Families, please beware!

Free parking! New bathroom not old carpet was new modern tile Ppl say you got for what you paid ! But I didn’t imagine that clean hotel room . Very convenient near K Berry Farm

Parking was challenging at best!

Will think hard about returning.

It´s a great location, but outside the rooms looks dirty

Always clean, sat by the pool

Close to Knotts Berry Farm

Outlets need to be replaced. Loose and plugs wouldn’t stay in

Clean helpful

Detailed cleaning in the rooms and exterior hallways and stairs could help. Extending the height of the shower head is definitely a must, not many ppl are under 5’ tall and the shower heads are super low

This is always the best place to stay: very large room and bathroom, very comfy bed, has a convenient ref and microwave, and staff are always courteous and excellent. Thank you to owner Sam for always accomodating my disability! You guys are awesome!

The place is very clean. Beds are very comfortable quiet place respectful it’s a nice place to stay. I’m definitely gonna recommend this place and I’ll be back. I love this place.

The location was very convenient for our purposes. Was able to find parking in the lot. Staff was helpful.
