It's close to Knott's Berry Farm. I turned on the light going to the bathroom when I saw tons of roaches on the floor in front of the sink and on the shower curtain.

Location Close to all freeways

They require a cash deposit on arrival and have an atm to get cash that charged 4 dollars on top of the fee from my bank so plan ahead. Had a strange musty smell which we solved with essential oils and febreeze.

The cost You get what you pay for . No frills but a place to sleep . Staff was very friendly

Location was good I didn't like the fact I didn't have TV for the 2days I stayed there,the roaches were bad I told them about it they said they didn't have anymore rooms available because I'm disabled and need the first floor.This is by far 1 of the worst motels I ve stayed at the worst was there sister motel that they sent me too for the roach problem this was my comp for my next visit BEACHSIDE INN on beach bl in BP or it's Anaheim this was the worst.I didn't get a discount and as soon as I went to my room there was a towel on the floor under the ac,I left for a while I turned the ac on while I was gone I came back and where the ac was located there was water everywhere I told them about it they said they didn't have anymore towels cause I used all the ones they had for me I used on the floor so now I can't shower cause I used them all on the floor,they told me the same thing they didn't have anymore rooms so I told them that I have to use the sheets from the other bed for the water on the floor after I had to turn the ac off cause of the water and it was so hot without the ac.Then we have roaches everywhere I couldn't eat in my room I didn't want to put my food down anywhere then I seen roaches running across my bed so now I can't sleep in the bed whatever slei did get I had to do it in my mobility scooter cause I'm disabled.You need to take Beachside Iñ off your website as well as the other one they have the Colony Inn I would would be embarrassed to have them on my website.. Very Very disappointed

The location and price It was so dirty spiderwebs in the room crap On the curtains and they do have people living there, which is fine but they really should be having these people go in and work on cleaning the rooms and maybe give them a discount. I’m staying there.

We showed you a little early and our room wasn’t ready. We asked to use the restroom and were given a key on a pole to use the restroom in the swimming pool area. The bathroom looked very old and didn’t have any hand soap or paper towels. When we checked in, we were given a bottom floor non smoking room. When we opened the door, it smelled worse than a biker bar. The smell of cigarette and weed was overwhelming. There was no air flow in the room with an extra bed and was more like a closet turned bedroom. Due to the smell, we asked if we booked a smoking room. When we were told no we asked for a new room. We were greeted by a used tampon applicator, cigarette butts, and a dirty pad in the walkway to our room. I’m shocked there weren’t dirty needles. As we moved from one room to the next, we saw a cockroach in the room we were leaving. The bathroom plumbing was reversed (hot was cold, cold was hot) and the shower walls had a surface of slime. I contacted Expedia immediately and they said the hotel refused to give me a refund since I already checked in. Staff refused room service (making beds a fresh towels) because we don’t ask at check in. My assumption was this was included! Staff was rude when I asked for clean towels and said they had a limit on towels. The front staff was rude and didn’t care. This has to be a front for money laundering. Worst experience at a hotel i
