The Fairfield Inn was perfect for my Disneyland trip. It was under going some remodeling so the gym wasn’t available and there was construction stuff in the parking lot that my room faced. Overall it was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, easy walk to Disneyland. I’d stay here again

Despite the hotel being under construction and we weren’t told about our room we booked a month prior was no longer available and due to over booking we had to be upgraded from a King bed to a double queen room which we did not find helpful we were satisfied with our stay there. The hotel is right across from Disneyland Theme Park within 10 minutes to front gate Which made it very convenient to get back and forth to hotel and park in a short matter of time. The hotel is also surrounded with plenty of good places to eat. The staff was friendly, they offered valet parking for same price as self parking which was great and even let us do a later check out time for a small fee. The refrigerator was on the smaller side and there was no microwave but we were happy with our experience and would stay here again.

Great in every aspect

Room was clean. Staff was kind

Walking distance to Disneyland. The noise in the morning from the workers upstairs very loud. We were told it may be noisy.

I travelled with my daughter for our first trip to Disneyland. The hotel is about a 7min walk to the entrance. Staff was great. The room was clean, beds comfortable, and the noise was minimal with the renovations. We had a great time and will definitely come back again!

When we arrived there was an issue with our reservation. It hadn’t gone through properly from Booking.com, and the person at check in made it sound as if I’d booked on some black market website when she said “well you didn’t book directly with us, so…” when she told me they were fully booked for the night, as I showed her my confirmation on the Booking.com app. We were a family of 4, and they tried putting us in a room that only fit 3 (single sofa bed and one king sized bed, no room for another cot), and made it seem like I just had to accept it as it was their last available room. Once I told them I knew my rights and would be happy to be walked next door to the Courtyard, a room suddenly just finished being repaired, and we were finally able to get situated. But the whole debacle took nearly an hour, and I had to be really firm with them otherwise we’d have had one kid sleeping in the bathtub I guess, given that they thought a 3-person room was suitable and “the only option” for our family of 4. The rest of the hotel and the stay was fine, but being treated like we did something wrong at check in, for booking through a platform site, and for a hotel software error, and having to argue my way into a suitable room, was a real sour way to start our trip.

High parking fee.

Loved the spacious, comfortable rooms. We stayed in four different hotels, and this was the best one by far.

Every staff member greets you daily. Parking although valet, was great not having to stress about where to find parking. Overall great experience. Na

Location close to Disney. Parking on site. Our room was a bit tired. Although there did seem to be some upgrades happening.

Love how close it was to Disney! There are a few fast eating spots nearby too!

Location The noise from the AC It was horrible

Dislikes: noisy a/c and lack of drawers inroim

• 7min walk to Disneyland security gate • a/c worked well (although a/c on the loud side, most notably at night when trying to sleep) • Friendly staff at front desk, as well as the parking (security) attendant • Can see fireworks from the property • Water bottle refill stations The cons: • Noticeable urine stain on bathroom wall. • Under construction & was told work to be done from 9-5, in actuality it began at 7am. • Toilets are way too short, below average height for a toilet. After a long day at the park it’s not a great experience. • No shade at pool area

I went to Disney with my adult son. We stayed in a junior suite which was great to have the extra room. I was leery with the doors on the outside and the previous reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was above and beyond helpful and nice, there is security outside in the parking lot 24 hours, the rooms were clean and modern, bed comfortable. And the location from Disney was perfect for coming back for midday breaks. The pool was perfect for a quick midday dip to cool off. My only complaint is the parking fees but this seems standard for the area. I rented a car but didn't really need it as we were so close to Disney. I would absolutely stay here again. The restaurant next door, Mimi's, was good for breakfast, as well as the Panera in the parking lot. McDonald's, IHop, Denny's all easy to walk to and great for the midnight meal after a long day in the parks. Is the nicest Marriott I've stayed at? No. But probably the nicest hotel I have stayed at this close to Disney without paying to be on property. And I've been to Disneyland many times. If a short walk to Disney is important without having to sacrifice everything else, I would recommend this hotel.
