Clean room, nice place to stay.

I'd stay here again. The wrinkles in the stay weren't enough to make it something to warn others about. I will say the pool was closed for construction and that could've been better, but otherwise mostly smooth.

My experience this time was horrible. The AC in my room did not work. I brought it to the front office attention and was told it would get fixed and it did not. It was hot and muggy in my room and smelled like wet damp clothes. I wasn’t able to sleep due to the heat. It was just so bad. I was disappointed because i normally always stay at this hotel and had never had any issues till this time.

I recently traveled there with 1 wheel chair bound, 8 grandchildren, and 2 adults! It was great. Food was fine. Rooms were clean and spacious. The only negative was the pool. I wish we were told the pool wasn’t available. They did offer a sister hotel pool, but that was too much with our party size.

We stayed with a family of 5. The breakfast was a great perk. The room was clean and spacious. The property is close to the park and not too far of a walk for the little ones!

Love how close we were to Disneyland

Great place to stay for going to Disney. Breakfast was good. A few different options every other day. Pool was closed but that was because of it being remodeled. Used pool at hotel next door. Clean room.

Continental breakfast was great with plenty of options that were filled up often. It was quite busy in the morning but the staff worked well keeping food stocked. Our room was comfortable and clean. The bed and pillows were great. The outside, hall and neighbor noise was minimal. The walk was maybe 10 minutes to Disneyland and felt safe and well lit late into the night. The only downside was the pool being under construction, but we were allowed to use the neighbor hotel's pool. Parking is valet only and expensive + tax so be prepared for that when you arrive and factor that into your costs when pricing this out.

The breakfast is basic, but better than most, with hot eggs, potatoes, bacon, turkey sausage, breads, yogurts, cereals and fruits. Although, the bacon was gone both times I was there. You're paying for the proximity to Disneyland, so don't expect 5 star quality.

This hotel was so excellent. They remembered our names every morning when we walked by. They had Disney + in the lobby and son pick a movie to watch. They gave me a special gift basket on t birthday and their pool was under construction but they arranged with the hotel next door and we were able to swim in their pool. It was such a nice week here. Disneyland is close like a 10 min walk. It was a great stay.

Staff was very helpful & friendly even if I was grouchy upon a long & tough arrival. Our room was not as spacious as we were led to believe a suite should be for 5 people so they upgraded us to a penthouse room much larger with huge windows to watch the Disney fireworks at night. Awesome surprise!

The pool and hot tub were closed for renovations. The free breakfast was nice and convenient to start our day before headed out to Disneyland. The walk to Disneyland park was a little longer than I was hoping for, especially after a long day walking around the park but it was not a bad walk at all and took less than 10 mins for my group which had young children and eldery people. Lastly, the highway traffic was loud for our room but the hotel had a while noise machine in the room which helped with that a lot and we slept good. The beds were comfortable. Overall, good place to stay.

The property failed to notify visitors of the traffic noise generated from the nearby interstate. The room smelled of mildew. The pool was under construction.

Great hotel!

Nice property but...the pool was totally drained!!! No warning or communication about it! What the heck??? Was told we could walk to another hotel and use their pool. NO! We just wanted to relax and swim after our park days & it was way too inconvenient to do so. The breakfast was good. Clean place.

Check on was fast and easy. The staff was wonderful. It’s a quick walk to the Disney parks. The pool is currently closed for maintenance but you have the property next door they give you access to. Breakfast was easy and convenient. The rooms are clean and comfy. Loved the pillows.
