We enjoyed staying here. There was free breakfast, the food was okay but got the job done for our family. Parking was valet only but quick to retrieve our car. Very convenient for getting to Disneyland by foot. Only complaint was the walls seemed thin and we had a very loud family next door to us.

The hotel and staff was excellent.

One elevator was not working the first day. The lobby had a horrible stench. The room had a flashing light all night above the bed. A previous guest set the alarm for like 2 am so it was fun waking up to that. The shower had no bath mat it is so slippery, the amount of times I almost slipped was not fun. Would not recommend STAY ELSEWHERE

We felt disappointed and deceived by the Hotels.com description of the distance to Disneyland. You have to walk completely around due to fenced off areas between hotels, making the walk more like 20 min., not 8 min. as stated. Valet parking only ( no self park) at $38 daily with no other nearby parking option. Won't stay there again, despite the comfortable room and great buffet breakfast.

The location couldn't be better—it's a short, easy 10-minute walk to Disneyland security, which made midday breaks back at the hotel a breeze. The kids really enjoyed spending our break time cooling off in the pool, too! This was also our first time using valet parking, and the team made it a seamless experience. They were always helpful, and we never had to wait long to get our car. Highly recommend this location if you are visiting the parks!

A nicer pool area would go a long way and a little bit of a step up on the breakfast offering would raise it from a 4 to a 5, but other than that everything was nice. The rooms are nice, the staff is helpful, valet team is amazing, and you can walk to Disney and a lot of other attractions.

The friendliness of the front desk staff, the valet attendants, and everyone else. The brunch, In addition to very few options, many items out of stock, and slow restocking. I think that's the only negative point worth mentioning.

We booked this hotel for our trip to Disneyland. We weren’t familiar with the area but read that it was in walking distance of Disney, which it was. We really didn’t want to have to walk far or pay for parking at Disney so this seemed like a great option. On Expedia, it repeatedly stated that valet parking is available/optional at $38+tax per day and no where does it say that valet is required. When we got to the property we were told by the valet that it is required and there was no other options for parking. When we talked to the hotel manager and showed her the Expedia listing she disregarded that it was not stated clearly that valet was required and told us that there was optional parking outside of the hotel, which was not stated anywhere on Expedia and was not communicated with us through the valet service. Just want others to be aware that this is not transparent when booking on Expedia. The hotel site does list that valet is required so that was our fault for not looking on the site but again, it should be made transparent on the site you’re trying to book on.

The front desk staff Joe and Milli are absolutely amazing and made out trip unforgettable

The desk had signs of wear and tear. The couch and beds were comfortable and the drawers and cabinets were very useful.

Everything was great! 2 day visit at Disney and it is about 8 minute walk. Staff was amazing very helpful and welcoming! Great ladies who run breakfast shout out too them who work hard to keep breakfast stocked!
