El cuanto estaba bien pero lo que más me gustó es que mi niño disfrutó mucho del chapoteadero de niños estuve cuatro noches y nunca se hizo limpieza en mi cuarto el personal de enfrente le falta más amabilidad no me pareció el personal de recibimiento

The stay was good but they delayed on giving us our room. I checked in around 3:30pm and our room was giving to us until 4:10pm. But I’ll definitely come back. Thanks

I would definitely stay here again , very clean, easy access to rooms . Nice walk to near by food , Anaheim garden walk , and Disney

My three boys 2, 4, and 6 yrs old loved that pirate water playground. It was so much fun. Great direct (unobstructed) view of the Disneyland fireworks. Staff was super nice and helpful. I’d def start here again. I can understand why folks complained about the skylights. It does wake you up in the morning, but I didn’t mind it. My kids wake up when the sun rises anyway.

Super close to Disneyland. About a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The room is very clean but outdated and needs updating. It’s a stretch to call it a hotel. But I also noticed most of the hotels were more like motels.

Waterpark was great for the kids. The shower temperature kept fluctuating from lukewarm to somewhat warm which was mildly infuriating. The sink temp stayed nice and hot though. There was one dead cockroach in front of the bed but we saw no live ones... Staff were friendly and helpful

The staff is friendly! Small but awesome gift shop! Spacious and clean rooms! There is no shuttle, restaurant or breakfast buffet! Overall an excellent and enjoyable place to stay!

It was very close to Disneyland. The staff was great very clean. My little one loved it. The splash park was amazing for little kids. They had life jackets for the kids and lifeguards on duty.

Family friendly and love Mickey’s decor

Where to being… booking this hotel with confidence and excitement, just to experience probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. As often as we travel and stay in hotels, I don’t think I’ve ever had such a negative experience. I have a household of 5 kids, not including myself and my husband… no where on the website did it state we must only have a maximum of 5 guest to receive wristbands for the mini water park/ pool area. I then had to book an entirely new reservation to receive 2 more wristbands. 250$ for two extra wristbands, when I’m sure we could have bought two rather than another hotel room. Which then limited our vacation and create less of an exciting experience than anticipated. It was very upsetting and regretful.
