Sheraton Anchorage Hotel

The room was perfect and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!! We totally recommend staying here. The location is very convenient too.

Our stay has been fabulous! We had booked 5 nights and then a few months later we booked an additional night at the start of the trip. They were wonderful in accommodating our request to connect the bookings so we could stay in the same room for the entire time. Our check-in went well without a hitch. The room was lovely and the staff has been amazing.

The hotel is dealing with some facelift work on the exterior. What I found, though, the hotel is a little bit further of a walk from the restaurants and downtown area than I expected. What I thought was a park to go run in was a cemetery. I would recommend finding a hotel further west than this one. The staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly.

The staff is very friendly and easy going. The hotel is under renovation and definitely shows the age.

Jade restaurant servers were not very responsive in getting drinks during the breakfast buffet Each morning I had to get up and asked to have drinks served they seemed to be more interested in standing around chatting near the area where the omelettes were made instead of serving people

I’ve never met a more convivial staff. From those at the front desk to breakfast crew and chef to those taking care of the rooms! I will highly recommend this to all who want to visit Anchorage! I greatly appreciate their personal attention and consideration! Diane is quite unique! Thank you all!

Staff friendly, bed comfortable, everything great except the bathroom small with terrible lighting and shower/tub good water pressure but would prefer a standard shower as tubs tend to have slow drain. There is onsite parking, restaurant and a separate bar with friendly staff. There’s a nice gym.

My stay was a very difficult experience. Noise from the hallway, along with intermittent noise from the bathroom ventilation fan, repeatedly carried into the room and disrupted my sleep throughout the entire night. I had to wear noise-canceling headphones all night just to manage to fall asleep.

The staff was awesome and welcoming. I had an issue with my primary room and they were able to switch my room with zero problems. The breakfast was good. Easy parking. The building was under construction when I arrived. Actually my 2nd stay at the location.
