When we got to the hotel around 5pm, we got a nice little ice cream and sherbet treat in the lobby. The room was clean. The staff was friendly.

We loved the room we stayed in-the junior suite. It was very comfortable the staff was helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended this place.

The staff at the Sheraton is amazing! They made us feel like family! The lobby had several conversation nooks that were warm and welcoming! Can’t recommend it highly enough!

Our stay has been fabulous! We had booked 5 nights and then a few months later we booked an additional night at the start of the trip. They were wonderful in accommodating our request to connect the bookings so we could stay in the same room for the entire time. Our check-in went well without a hitch. The room was lovely and the staff has been amazing.

The hotel is dealing with some facelift work on the exterior. What I found, though, the hotel is a little bit further of a walk from the restaurants and downtown area than I expected. What I thought was a park to go run in was a cemetery. I would recommend finding a hotel further west than this one. The staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly.

The staff is very friendly and easy going. The hotel is under renovation and definitely shows the age.

Jade restaurant servers were not very responsive in getting drinks during the breakfast buffet Each morning I had to get up and asked to have drinks served they seemed to be more interested in standing around chatting near the area where the omelettes were made instead of serving people
