Great staff. Walkable to many attractions in downtown Anchorage.

2. Parking was very limited. Two small lots, and if they were full you had to park on the parking metered streets. 3. Breakfast buffet was very limited and ridiculously priced at $14.95. Also, when b-fast time was over the coffee urns were taken away. Nearly all places we have stayed have coffee available all day.

Fantastic staff who were so helpful at check-in. Great facilities regarding gym and laundry facilities.
-
Property was recently updated. Very comfortable and nice. About .5-1.0 mile walk to all downtown restaurants and activities. Bed was somewhat lumpy and worn out. Otherwise, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast for $15 was very low key, basic but small offering. Didn’t use onsite bar or breakfast offering.

Clean room great staff

Really comfortable place to stay.

There were metal plates in the wall. We couldn’t get the air to work but they did end up fixing it the second night we were there. On a positive note, the bathroom was nice and the bed was comfortable. The location was nice and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

We don’t have anything negative to say. Staff was friendly, so was housekeeping. We stayed 3 nights in the penthouse suite. It was great! Loved the separate rooms and bathrooms. We would definitely stay again.

Spacious room, nice staff
-
Hotel was decent and the check in/out was straightforward.
-
Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. We were pretty much out and about and barely used the amenities but I enjoyed that the rooms came with a mini fridge and microwave. Overall, a great experience.
-
Great location. Clean. Only there for short time so did not get to check the rest of the hotel.
-
I really enjoyed the terrific room and the staff were excellent with great knowledge of the local area with useful tips. My only issues were with some of the fees for the lounge and not having an airport shuttle. These were minor issues and did not deter from an enjoyable visit to Anchorage
-
Very comfortable overnight stay on the day we landed in Anchorage then a few days later after slowly driving our way to Fairbanks. Only a few blocks from the center of downtown. Staff were all very helpful and it was nice to have the small bar with food options. We were able to preschedule an Uber to bring us (and all our luggage) to the Egan Convention Center to get on the shuttle to Whittier for our Princess Cruise.

Had a great time, everyone very helpful.

Excellent location, staff was great and the room was clean, recently remodeled and clean. Wish the breakfast was included, but happy there was an option. Nice that they have a small bar area downstairs with food options for the evening as well.

All the extras there was a charge for such as advertising breakfast but finding out it is charged to your room. I got 4 Bauer aspirin for $7 I think that was a little extreme. The fold out couch had a terrible mattress on it. Other than that it was ok.
-
The was just ok. Only bright spot was the renovated bathroom. Lasrly, it sits on a majot road way

Property clean and good location for train station access. Room very clean and comfortable. Tried to get the check in part done about a half hour before check-in but was told to come back at 4pm. Didn't need to get into room, was just trying to get the paper work done so I could return my rental car and be back for check-in time. Customer service could use some improvement but room was clean.
