Hotel wasn't right in the area of shops and eats, but an easy enough walk. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Fairly large property for only one elevator, and a very slow one at that.
-
The bathroom fan was terribly noisy very loud. Reported it to receptionist and was never fixed

This is a nice hotel. The small bar in the lobby was nice to have as otherwise you had to walk a couple blocks to get to one. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean room with everything you’re likely to need. Bed was fine, but shower was outstanding!

Only had a one night stay. Very clean hotel with a courteous staff. Inside bar was a nice touch. Very fair price for the valet received. Try to stay away from the end rooms near the bust streets. Those rooms are a little noisy.

It was very nice and clean. Everyone was super nice . The manager was especially helpful and professional.

The breakfast meal you had to pay about 14 dollars for. The elevator was the slowest I've ever been in. The laundry room was like a oven, and not all washers were working. Parking was a joke, next to a run down house with a back yard that needed bulldozed in. They need a bigger and well surfaced parking lot.

Air conditioning was not working for two nights that we were there. For the second night they had a room with working AC, but they refused to move us to that room because they do not want to clean two rooms, so we couldn't sleep for the second night. Opening and closing the door to the bathroom was waking up everybody due to the noise. For $300+ a night, having two sleepless nights is absolutely unacceptable.

Highly overpriced

Perfectly walkable to downtown without being IN the downtown area. Extremely accommodating staff, very comfortable beds and room. Quiet location.

We had a view of the mountains, it was perfect, less than 5 minute walk to any museum, restaurant, and/or activity. Utilize the bus! They do not have a shuttle to and from the hotel, DO NOT ORDER AN UBER. there is a bus that takes you exactly a block away from the hotel, and a bus straight to the drop off of the south terminal! Lovely views, excellent staff, and have bag storage for if you have a later flight after check out. Overall, place was exactly what we needed!

Our room was clean and comfortable for our stay. Located on the edge of downtown, it wasn’t super close but still walkable to shopping and dining. The fitness center was functional for our needs.

Around 11:00 PM, we went to pull out the sofa bed, only to find two major issues: Layout Obstruction: Once opened, the bed completely blocked the path across the room. Anyone on the far side of the bed had absolutely no access to the bathroom without having to physically haul and rearrange the heavy furniture around just to clear a walkway. Missing Bedding: The sofa bed had zero linens—no bedsheets, no pillows, and no blankets were provided in the room for it. When I called down to the front desk for assistance at that hour, the phone was answered by a security guard. He informed me that he had no idea where the hotel stored the extra blankets or pillows. Having to scramble late at night to move furniture just to use the bathroom, combined with the lack of basic bedding and no night staff available to solve the problem, made for a very frustrating stay. If you are traveling as a group of four, I would recommend confirming the room layout and checking for linens long before bedtime.

The hotel was a little run downed. Bed was too soft. Shower had plenty of hot water. The staff on Friday night seemed frazzled, but the rest of the weekend very helpful and friendly. The area is not the best, lots of homeless which made the parking sketchy.

The room was very clean and comfy. The staff was helpful and courteous. The continental breakfast had lots of choice; the food was hot and very good.

Centrally located, very clean… and they even have a sauna.
