Nice black out curtains, comfy bed and pillows. Walking distance to pubs and resturants.

We really appreciated the staff throughout our stay—especially for holding our luggage until we were ready to transfer hotels. Joseph was a fantastic human who made our stay wonderful!

Very basic hotel. We only slept here for about 6 hours. It seemed a bit old and rundown, but was clean and quiet.

Exceptional

Slightly above average hotel. Large room with comfortable beds. The AC unit did not work correctly, but we could open the window for nice cool outside air. They offered breakfast for extra $14, but it was not worth the price.

Staff and room were great , for the amount of money we were charged breakfast should have been free

Very clean and quiet, but no food within walking distance. They do have vending machines including Lean Cuisine.

Breakfast “starts” at 6:30 am but the kitchen staff won’t give you a plate until you pay. The issue is that the hotel staff doesn’t arrive (to take your money) until 7am. Hotel room was nice/clean but our neighbor played loud music and smoked pot which stunk up our room.

Clean and well-priced in comparison to other hotels, but the area was a bit suspect. The hotel is definitely two stars. I wouldn't go out at night in this area, especially alone. The staff was fine and the rooms were adequate, but I would not have wanted to be at this property longer than one night. We stayed here before boarding for a cruise. We slept fine and the bathroom was clean. We were able to call a cab with assistance from the front desk, and the taxi arrived quickly and got us to our destination safely.

The room itself was very plain and basic, and the décor made me feel like I was sitting in a doctor’s office waiting room rather than a hotel. The washer was also broken during our stay. Overall, not a comfortable or relaxing stay and definitely not somewhere I would choose again.

The room was clean, and staff were friendly.

Freindly staff; Suite was spacious. Hallways and Elevator cleanliness can be improved

Room had a smell, people yelling outside at 2:00 AM, window had no screen. Would not stay again. But the sauna was nice.

Everything was good. Downtown Anchorage is filled with homeless. The hotel itself is beautiful and has 24 hour lock door so that helps.

Great staff. Walkable to many attractions in downtown Anchorage.

2. Parking was very limited. Two small lots, and if they were full you had to park on the parking metered streets. 3. Breakfast buffet was very limited and ridiculously priced at $14.95. Also, when b-fast time was over the coffee urns were taken away. Nearly all places we have stayed have coffee available all day.
