Great location. Anchorage very walkable from this hotel

The room was clean and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. But the hotel seemed dated and I wasn’t a fan of the layout of the room. As you walk inside, there’s a small living space. The beds are in the back with the bathroom in the middle. The lavatory is outside the bathroom so it’s in the middle of the room

For this brand of hotel they property was rather "tired" as they say in the hotel industry. It was a perfectly great option for one night. The bed was quite comfortable and clean.

The place is way over priced (almost $700/night). It is more like a motel than a hotel. It is a little farther to walk into main part of town than other places but still easy to get to town and shop. The beds were comfortable.

This place is a dump! It didn't seem like a very safe area as we were being dropped off. The front desk clerk was nice enough but as soon as we checked in and got to our room we knew we could NOT stay here. The lobby was dark and dingy and the room was not very nice. I called Expedia to complain and they could only credit me for the second night since it was already so late. I didn't care at that point-just needed to check out and find a new place. When I told the desk clerk we were leaving he said he understood-so it seems to me like that might happen often? After many hours of traveling I was very upset that we needed to call another Lyft and find a new hotel for the night but luckily we were able to do that. I hope Expedia and Marriot/Bonvoy will check into this place and make some changes so others don't have the same terrible experience as we did!

Location Free Parking Food service was marginal. Staff was good, but selections limited and some items on menu were not available all three days of our stay. Room was only cleaned two out of the three day stay.

That staff was very friendly and the hotel was within walking distance to restaurants and tourist sites. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating with additional blanket and pillow requests, in addition to keeping our luggage until our late evening flight. Highly recommend based off staff alone!
