Great location close to everything but it was noisy.

Love the hotel. Wonderful staff. Restaurant food was good. Coffee and gift shop was great. Gym is a 10 out of 10. Very stylish!

Lost my reservation, took an hour to resolve. Since they lost my reservation I got what was left of rooms which was as far from the lobby as possible. Unpacked and found that part of the room was soaking wet from a water leak. Had to repack and move one room farther from the lobby. Room was very small for the price. Asked where a nearby cafe was. The staff gave directions but it was closed. Went back to the hotel and asked about a different cafe and guess what, it was closed also. I think that I should receive compensation, otherwise I will put this out to the public.

It looks like a box on the outside, but is so NICE inside. Very eclectic and looks pretty newly renovated. Very clean with a comfy beds. Would highly recommend. Also, very close to the Alaskan Railroad. We easily walked over early the next morning and caught our train.

Hotel looks brand new but it’s a remodeled old hotel with pop corn ceiling and small rooms.

Room was fine. We had room service and it was cold. When my wife told the evening supervisor about it he said it’s because they let the meat rest. When I called him out on it he admitted they forgot to drop it off. Just BS. Not happy. Reception people seemed nice. Surrounding area is average but that just seems to be Anchorage.

The location was great The staff were a hit and miss. The lady that checked me in was great. The staff who are supposed to to help with the luggage are not. Had to pay to park and go around the cruise ship crowd and grab a trollley. As I go the elevator I get interrupted by a man not in uniform about where I am going and I said to get my baggage. Also the bar and restaurant staff were inattentive and rude. Again one female staff member seemed to care while everyone else was too busy doing other stuff or acting tough.

Staff we friendly and helpful. The location was good for us - close to the train station and easily walkable to dining options downtown.

Appears to have been recently remodeled. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The roof top bar and outdoor patio for dining was great. The hotel is very long. Our room was a long distance from the lobby.

Location Rooms need maintainenece

We loved this hotel, new in an older building completely renovated. Cute room, comfortable bed, nice shower, wonderful breakfast (not a buffet). Only cons--(1) sofa pillows kept sliding and back cushions would easily fall. Sofas need some engineering to prevent this. (2) Some street noise. Hotel leaves ear plugs by the bed, but we didn’t really need them.

Great downtown location , very close to train station and restaurant One thing is the elevate is hard to find

The bed was clean! Too much noise. The bathroom wasn't very clean. The walk from checkin to the room was a mile. The water pressure cut out during my shower.
