I liked the location and the staff was friendly. I did not like how expensive it was. And their selection of snacks was sold out or out of stock.

I didn’t like that the price was tripled during the busy season and a $300n night hotel went to $900/night. The room was not worth the $900 charge.

Location is good, staff excellent. Comfy beds and good bathroom. Bad lighting in the bedrooms, they are too dark. The corridors are so long and there is not enough access to the car park if you’re room is located at the ‘wrong’ end of the building.

The second staff who check us in was also rude and not friendly at all. The room he gave us was on the ground floor at the furthest corner of the hotel. Room was not worth $500 a night—more like $100 or $200 at most. The hotel looks like it’s newly remodeled but the front desk staff were so awful that I will never recommend this hotel. Management needs to hire more friendly front desk staff.

I really think we paid way more than the value that they offered. I think even Hampton hotel is lot better. We paid over $500 / night with no breakfast. Bathroom is so small w/ only basic supply. Hotel staff was too busy & informing wrong information . Overall, it is very low quality w/ outrageous price .

Fabulous renovated hotel. Walkable to train depot, downtown attractions and Anchorage Museum. Lovely roof top deck with view. Nice restaurants and dining options. Highly recommend

All the staff were very friendly but professional and went out of their way to accommodate our requests…..especially want to thank Sarah for the breakfast service each morning and Leta on reception for her warm and kind welcome!

The room was very clean with the most comfortable bed. Restaurant and bar on site were convenient with great food and drinks, live music.
