The decor was updated and interesting, and the location was central to everything.

Nice hotel but extremely long corridors. Decent location in downtown Anchorage. Good for an overnight visit before a cruise departing from Whittier. The narrated bus tour to Whittier picks up from outside the hotel and takes you to the cruise terminal.

We liked the interior fit out, shop & restaurant was good. It was a really really long way to our room with luggage, the carpet in the corridors was lovely but hard to roll suit cases on. Ours was a noisy room

Good location for travelers. King room was good size. Small bathroom, toilet was filthy. Unhelpful staff

Nice clean comfy modern room. Liked the decor and fixtures. Cleanliness and comfort are main priority so was happy with those aspects. Not much space to use laptop for work. Quite noisy outside traffic, trains and people at night and expensive parking fees. Would have been nice to have access to a pool, hot tub and laundry for the price paid for the room.

We appreciated being able to check in at around 1am, and that there was always someone on the front desk. The breakfast and coffee were some of the best we had during our time in Alaska. Our 4 rooms were located a long way away from each other which was a little problematic given the ages of our children (who were each sharing with a grandparent). What was particularly disappointing was that one of our rooms wasn't ready/available when we arrived so two of our group had to share a bed rather than the pre-requested twin share setup. They then had to relocate to a different room the next day. Also there was a lot of noise early in the morning, which seemed to be from cruise ships leaving port / arriving.

Disappointing

Well located hotel in downtown Anchorage. Do not expect a great view and breakfast buffet could be better otherwise the room was clean, holy and quiet.

Please be aware, the hallways are hilariously long, never seen such a long hotel before! Also, the hotel is close to the railroad station, so you will hear train horns over night, and during the day will hear small prop planes passing by

Management is either absent or indifferent when receiving constructive feedback which is a shame. General standard of hotels in Anchorage is far better than this one.
